New Grower Gorilla Glue Autos in a 4x4 tent. New grower. Advice welcomed.

Sorry for blowing up your post lmao, I'm highly caffinated at the moment and it shows.

Regarding your question about watering, when they're little like that I use a medicine dropper and water in rings around the seedling. So like, a full 12ml (its the size that comes with my kids adhd meds) around the seedling, and then extending the circle one dropper full at a time till I've watered the whole surface. Their roots grow quickly, and they will die off without moisture. Roots will not grow into dry soil. If you've got a container big enough, you can set your pot inside and bottom water as well (specifically because you didn't premoisten the soil), just let it suck it up from the bottom for a while. It can't go past the point of full saturation and it will wick up through your soil over time. Even just like 20-30 minutes should be plenty to get your pots moist enough, then take them out and let them do their thing. Running the dehumidifier more than likely has added to the pots dryness, so with that gone they should hold a good enough moisture content to see you through until your seedlings are big enough (and more importantly have enough root mass) to handle being watered fully.

Lol i dont mind the help at all.
I have the little saucers under the pot, i can fill that up with some water. I sprayed it earlier today but I'll do that dropper method instead.
I never actually ran the dehumidifier, just had it in there for whenever I did need to use it. the RH never went high enough to need it.

If/when you end up running the dehumidifier, you should run it outside the tent if possible. Filling up the saucers should work, I doubt it would be anywhere near enough to cause any sort of problem with waterlogging your soil. When I use the dropper, it ends up being about 2ish oz of water going in. Definitely depends on the pot size though, as obviously a smaller pot will need less than a large pot.

So I fixed up some water at ~6.2pH and 200PPM(The spring water I was misting was at 7.1pH). I used a dropper and made circles around the seedling with it. Then I filled the saucer with water, I kept refilling it until I noticed there was a slow down in water being absorbed, I topped off the saucer and left it at that.

Its dark hours now and the temps have dropped to 76-77F with 38%RH.

I had some of the water I fixed up leftover, is it okay to store and use up later?

Yep! Just make sure to check the ph before using it, as it will drift over time.

Sounds like you should be good from here, just keep top watering from this point. You're in FF right? I've grown exclusively in FF soil so far and have found that I don't really need to add any kind of nutes till they start flowering with the FFOF. The HF has a very similar nute content as well. If you search (here or otherwise) for grow journals of the strain you're growing, you should get some idea of how they like to feed and handle different variables of the grow. I'm currently running two new girls from @Jean-O Genetics and have them in FFOF with a new product from Real Growers called Grow Dots. They've had nothing but water and are doing awesome. If you look early on in my grow journal you'll see I struggled with 3 plants and the issues were directly stemming from feeding too much N in veg.

Yes, I'm using FFOF. I hear i wont need nutes for the first couple of weeks.

Well, the lights are back on. Letting it turn back on so I can get the light off at the hottest part of the day.
Temps are back up to 85F

As of right now I'm thinking about running that intake booster fan, then placing a cooling fan next to it outside the tent, then a dehumidifier outside of the tent.
Its winter and temps are like this.. Imagine in the summer lol.

So lights turned back on about an hour ago.
The plant that i forgot to water soil before placing seed is doing good.
I gave it some more water from the dropper, and moved the dirt around a little to help it get off the soil(looked like some soil was preventing the seedling from standing straight up).

The second one that had the brown tap i think didnt make it:face:.

I checked up on it by moving some soil around and found its stem and leaves shriveled up. I decided to water it with the dropper in hopes it comes back to life.

Temps have been better since the last post.

Should I water the seedling with a dropper everyday until Its big enough to were i can water it thoroughly?

or would i end up overwatering?
