Soil ph is registering around 7.5-8 while my water is a solid 7. Haven't tested run off as I have been away, and am still new to flushing and reading run off. I'm using a flat 7 ph buffer, but going to buy some ph up/down at the hydro store today and aim for 6.5. Also picking up a ec/tds meter to check run off ppm.

You are right, that's the PH issues, should flush, reach 6.5.
