IV seen videos online for starting off auto seeds by dropping the seed in a glass off water for 24 hrs then putting straight into the soil when the root starts to sprout , is this method trusted as I was going to use this method ?

You cant go wrong really with any of the germination methods bro.glass of water till seed has sunk then into medium,glass of water till seed sinks then into moist paper towel untill a little tap root has broke free then into medium.seed into a root riot cube into a sealed container then put somewhere warm to germ,seed straight into medium with no presoak.there are tons of different ways to germinate your seeds all seem to work really well it just comes down to which you prefer to use
Richykn, what I done was soaked my pots left them under the lights for 24ish hours seeds straight into soil covered with cling film and left them under the light again.
For me I found this was the simplest way I could do it because of work etc, but I didn't think any of the seeds would have sprouted but they proved me wrong.
I done this Friday night one was up by Sunday the rest followed Monday morning.

Thankyou I'm going to try your method , it's also awkward for me with work , I see your growing a girl scout cookie which is what il be growing alongside an LSD 25 so il be interested to see how yours turns out , will be ordering my seeds on Thurs from Herbie's as IV heard only good stuff from these guys , thankyou and thanks for the pics too bud
It's what worked for me but after I put them in I was nervous didn't think they would sprout lol
As said above there is so many ways but this way I could just leave them to it let them do there thing.
I went for 4 from Fastbuds also ordered from herbies and got a free critical+ auto I was going to pot that up aswell while I was waiting glad I never things might have got a bit crammed.

I'm in Scotland delivery was pretty quick I think ordered them Monday night maybe and had them here by Thursday.

Good that's pretty quick I live in the north east so not too far away from yourself , all I need to buy is the light when I get paid think I'm going to go with a 250w hps and maybe a couple cfls il be growing in a walk in closet prob about 2m height and length by 1m wide , IV already put up reflective insulation on walls and cleaned it out and bought nutrients and soil (biobizz all-mix) from a local hydro shop so now I'm just itching till payday wen I can make a start , is this also your first time grow ?
