Updates on the peppers, plants are starting to put on blooms. @PlatinumLEDTom 18/6 schedule. Temps are 68F rH is 48-50 lights are like 32 in above and on veg only....

They look great, out of curiosity, are they going into larger planters? I finished these in 7 gallon nursery pots I think they were, but I should of gave them a larger one, they just didn't want to stop producing..I harvested peppers several times during the season..They were the first ones I ever grew, Bonnie Plants.

Cheers man i really appreciate that, and these two will stay where they are as this will be used as breeding stock. The F2 Peppers will be Crossed into the bhut and i will also go the other way too. Just to make sure i get enough seed for the next round.

Pictured here on the right was the previous generation that the current ones are coming from. The one that is in the white pot on the right was selected from about 50 different seedlings from those plants.. There are 2 plants in 1 cubic foot (roughly 7gal) of soil.

bonnie plants are usually pretty solid and you get what you pay for. I just love the breeding aspect so much i started doing it to my hot peppers. I love spicy shit so i wanted to make something hotter.

... Remind me my friend, was it a Tabasco x Jalapeno cross you have, or cayanne? That one sounded delish' but it fell off the radar,...How did the pepp's turn out? ....Have you tried Shishito pepp's yet? Not hot really, but tasty just the same! I like to flash grill them with a little butter baste,... pan sear is killer too! .... Hmm, Chinese ay,... wonder if it's a Szechuan native?

Currently there are 2 Confirmed females from the ALF [HASHTAG]#5[/HASHTAG] Mother 3 which is the line mountain momma. Its my heavy yielder, the seed was started for germ test. Tried 4 got three, 2 females 1 male. Ill take that ratio. The male is pathetic looking and to be honest i didnt expect much from one single male. Its not like ill get that lucky every time. So it looks like the Mountain momma line will get 2 sensi females this run. No seed, nor male of that side will be around. Should be nice to watch her form up.

The seedlings are ALF [HASHTAG]#5[/HASHTAG] from Plant 2 the Coal Black buds and leaf. There are 11 of them up right now 8 pots 3 have twins because i didnt think the seed would go and yet a few days later...they showed. The seed on them, the ones that looked like the lamby, are HARD, ive never seen indoor see that hard. I hope to do a selection of some sort for the F3 if im lucky on them. They are a black leaf and bud female against a dense colored pollen sac male. We should see something cary over, if that black leaf came across that strong in the F1 the F2 with direct color and resin selection SHOULD give us something to look at. Keep an eye out over in the threads...i hear @Waximus has some younguns from the same line....

Roxi is just and IBL roll looking to keep that purple in the line.

The peppers, i do have a Jalapeno and tabasco cross. Seed is dry but in storage at the moment, its at F2 but needs grown out. I have limited space to do what im doing over here and keep things in and out of rotation so i can keep a few going all the time. Right now the Tabasco x the Unknown Chinese chili is fun. I ordered some seeds and they were supposed to be rainbow bell and they cam out this high yielding hot chili. So i decided to use them in the cross because it was unique and i like the fire that it had. So i took them to F2 and now i want to intro the Jolokia Hoping for some sort of meld and bring in the branching and yielding of my peppers to the jolokia and steal its heat.

I love spicy food, i order my thai 4 to 5 stars and i keep Tabasco and other hot sauces at my desk. I eat it on about everything. I want to make my own sauce and i want my own line of peppers. Something that i can give to a friend that has a kick but still tastes good and does not fry the face or ass rather.

These two are running BioTabs and they have the 5g tea bag in the soil about 1/4 down the pot. Both of these are ALF [HASHTAG]#5[/HASHTAG] Plant [HASHTAG]#3[/HASHTAG] or Mountain Momma. The one on the left looks most like mom but there is no pollen to IBL, I could hit her with some of the original cross that made the F1 but well see. Id like to see what they do without the burden of seed.

here is the rest of the lot. they will get the 5g tea bag at sex. The soil that they are in is way more than they need to get to that point. The little ones are right around a week old. Everything in this tent is on biotabs
