Indoor Frogster Autopot Grow:- Auto Blackberry Kush & Auto Mazar

Day 73

We are on a roll...... Today it is the turn of the Auto Night Queen to come under the knife (she was started as a replacement seed so is a little behind the others, somewhere between 65 & 70 days - we will call it 70).

She is about 1.4 mtrs tall and heavy (she keeps trying to fall over), tight solid buds, very stinky, and very very sticky....

No room in the drying tent to hang her as a plant to dry, so I will cut her into branches and try a slow dry that way.

Report back later....

I have now finished the trim.... 6Hrs of snipping

738g of "manicured" bud (some with short stems for slow dry)
500g of Quality bud trim (bubble hash product)

Very dense full buds, stick & smelly...... They deserved some special attention as I think she will prove a rather special plant (maybe a record breaker).

Obviously the weight will drop over drying, but I hope to minimise that as much as possible using a 2 stage dry.

738g wet.... is..... 26 Ounces.... Hmmm should get at least 10 ounces Dry cured. (likely a bit more).

Good Roots..... I experimented with this and mixed 60% soil, 20% pebbles, 20% perlite. Seems to have worked.... I will be repeating this.

Now if my fingers hold up.... There is a rather large Auto Mazar up for the knife tomorrow - or maybe the next day - time for a joint.

Wow great job. Looks amazing. I had 672g wet ended up with 175g dry. I hate when I lose so much weight haha. Great job again.

Day 74

As promised, today is the day I cut my Auto Mazar (plant 2)..... For clarification:- Plant 1 is still alive an doing well, but another day or two for her yet. I might even take her in levels over a few days, as an experiment.

So this is plant 2... plant 2 is the younger of the two sisters, she was a late seed, popped a week later than her sister (Plant 1).

She stands 5ft-8" tall and has light burn to the top cola, where I had to bend the taller buds over as they were growing into the lights.

As it was crowded in the tent, all the plants used each other to hold themselves up... Once taken out and heavy with buds she started to fall all over the place. She is very stinky, and sticky, has a mix of dense & very dense buds (easy to trim), but also a level of popcorn buds that part developed, as I could not maintain her over the last weeks.

Snips at the ready, I decided to take her dense & Very dense upper buds and work down, getting to the popcorn layer...

Manicured the buds, to a close trim with some stalk this will help to slow dry over two stages. Wet weight 980 grams - that's 34.5 ounces.... Well Happy !

Also kept 300 grams of the popcorn layer buds to use in bubble hash at a later date.

As I said before.... Happy Roots = Happy Plant = Happy Stoner. So I like to look at my roots and see how they developed and get ideas on what to try next to get better results, etc.....

So here are this plants foundations.... Good Roots, good structure, you can see how well the airdomes really work, just look at that root mass.

Will post some Tric shots later... in the drying tent (stage 1) at present.
