Found seeds, cut and dry or try to hold out?

Hello AFN. I have a Banana Kush autoflower that is on day 85 from sprout. I found 2 very small bud sites at the bottom of the plant that didn't look like the rest and when I removed them what looked like calyxes to me was full of seeds. I didn't notice any on the rest of the plant, but I also found one on another plant on mine a Grand Daddy Purple that is on the same number of days since sprouting. While I know the plant could go a couple of more weeks I am worried that if I don't pull them now they will continue to spread throughout the plant and also to my other ones in the grow room. I have 6 plants 12 weeks in and 6 that are only 10 days old. I do like a little couch lock but I prefer more of a head high so do you think I should cut or wait? I would rather get a little less weed than have the entire grow seed out and possibly get into my new seedlings once they start to throw pistils in about 2 weeks. I'm sure I caused the stress and seeds to form since I am still learning and there was some deficiencies that I caught and stopped from getting worse.

I’ve had many hermie on me this year it fucking sucks brother. If she’s that far into flower she’s more than likely already got buds seeded. If so, you will find them when you grind a dry bud.

Trichs look good to me - maybe a tad early - that's generally what my target looks like but I'm probably on the earlier side of the spectrum FWIW. I almost always end up harvesting D72-D78. It's cultivar dependent for sure.

And sorry about the hermie my man. Maybe you could press? I doubt a seed or two would make a huge impact on rosin (certainly no expert) if that's in your wheelhouse.
