I've seen this kind of damage before, and it turned out to be simply too much light intensity for the plant to deal with, I see you have HLG lights, how many watts and were you recording PPFD's or lux to convert them to see where you were at?

Unfortunately no harvest , cut down at day 72 had fungus on fan leaves even the little ones inside the bud I think ur right - plant got way bigger than I thought in my little tent and the QB light is supposed to be 12 inches away but I was 9 inches on most of my tops and the main cola was like 1 inch away even after a bunch of supercropping

Yeah, these LED's are fantastic but like anything powerful..it really needs to be adjusted correctly for the plants, or they will have a negative impact for sure.

Was only a 100 true watt light made for a 2x2 flowering foot print which is the size of my tent .... my humidity in my tent went down 10% after I defoliated the entire plant in an attempt to save it....I’m bummed I can’t lie there was a healthy amount of trichomes before she started rotting

Just the way it goes I had to bin one of
My plants last grow,it had mold I wasn’t taking any chances I just binned the whole plant
