Indoor First time Home Box Grow. Need some advice.

At first sorry about my english, maybe its not good, but I'm trying to do my best.
This forum is amazing! I find many thing that i search and some pro guy really patient and helpful, thats why i try to ask some question about autoflower indoor growing. I want to tell you, this is my first time, I'm REALY beginner, but in the last 3 day, i don't do anything else, just read forums! In our city to buy some weed is mutch more difficult in the last 6 mounths... (expenyive & low quality) I'm disapointed, but as I see I find the way out!!!
My idea:
Box: 80X120X110 (cm)
I dont have many space, these parameters the maximum that i can do. Thats why i want to grown short autoflower plants. I want 6 plant to this space, in 6L plastic tile. Inside lined with mylar.
2-3 12cm PC fan take the air out in the top of the box, and 2 other take in the middle/bottom of the box. (i want 2-3 more (maybe bigger) in the box)
seed:
-snowrider 5 auto. fem.
-russian rocket fuel 5 auto. fem.
-northern lights auto. 5 fem.
I try to choose short plants, whitch hasn't smell but have quality and easy to grown for a beginner.
And thats the part where i confused....Lighting.... I'm reading many report/advice/guide but i see many contradiction. The opinions many time matched the HPS is the best in the flo. But these auto plants are growing in the first time like everything else in the world. and thats the reason they need to grow from the seed, but many people say in this veg. period (3 week i think) the CFL is the best (or coolwhite neon). And here is the 3rd: CHM!!! It's good in the veg. and the flo. too? Little bit lower lumen than HPS , but cooler, and compact if i understand well. I dont want to bee greedy, but my budget is finite. Somebody may tell me some things about these topic.
My idea:
1. Philips Master HPI-T Plus 250W (first 2-3 week) 20500 Lm for veg. + SYLVANIA SHP-TS 250 Watt 32000 lumen for flo.
2. GE CMH 250W CMH250/T/U/942/E40 25.000lm 4.200K for veg. and flo.
3. Osram PlantaStar HPS 250W 32 700 lum 2000 K
Soil: All Mix 50 L

+PH meter + temperature / humidity meter.

If anybody has some idea or advice i get it with pleasure!!!

Hello I made my own box and its smaller than yours but I needs a lot more exhaust. Currenty I have 4 124cfm fan running to keep it cool although I probably only need 2 but I am running a LED, The HPS will need a lot of cooling as they run really hot. You may also need a 400 watt for a 3' x 4' roughly I think if the conversion of your box for better light coverage. Typically a 250w does about a 2' x 2' area effectively and then fades rapidly outside that footprint. This is all just my opinion though so just make sure you dont want to be upgading right off the bat if you are not happy. If you look in the DIY section you will find my box and what I did.

Oh thank you the quick answer. As i write i dont have enought space. the box will be in the attick, what looks like this:
I think too maybe 250W doesn't enought, but i was scared a 400W will push my electricity bill in to the sky if there is no way i can do it with 250W i will do it with 400W but i want a smaller if i can.
These HPS can do 30000 lum, and if i math it well its enought for 1 m2. I'm just thinking in laud, and I told I'm absolutly beginner, but this is my train of thought. if i think something wrong tell my, I'm here to learn!!!

Welcome to afn! I understand your english just fine, as it is quite good.

Sounds like you've done a great deal of studying, that is the foundation to a good grow. Very good start, cabinet sounds nice & you have airflow. I would not use hid lighting for that space, its just to hot. LED's are the way to the future, and a 180w array woould work well or even smaller w/ some cfl's. Those lites & fluro's are your best bet imo.

Its better to have just more than you need then not enough when it comes to light. You wont see much of a difference in your light bill as its only 150w more. You will see a difference in the 2 at the end of a grow. I used Led's myself but also have a 400w HPS I have used at times as well.

yes my fear with the 400W HPS is teh warm....need mutch more cooler than 250W. I dont want to bond act, but a read everywhere the HPS is the best and read some bad opinion about leds.
can advice me a LED set for my area? whitch type/W/lum i need? and if i choose this way these light serve me from seed to harvest? or i need to change the bulb's? (another type, K, W, lum)
and the 400W HPS with a cool tube?

Welcome in my friend. Reading is power and you have the power at the tips of your finger tips.

SmashedbyHashish is very right. HID will get to hot for and if I were you, I would look in to a T5 HO fluorescent light fixture. You can grow autos perfectly with them. Low heat and low energy consumption plus they grow photo's just fine...What more could you want....

For your spectrum, don't bother getting any "bloom" bulbs. Unless your going to grow photo's to. My opinion with the T5 lighting. Veg. bulbs all the way from start to finish with a light schedule of 20/4 or on for 20 hours and off for 4 hours...
