New Grower First time growing. Time to say hello!

ive missed a watering or two and come back to a similar sight, the yellow stuff is history but the rest of it perked up in no time.i put feed in every watering, i would never remember otherwise.
nice score on the tent  very little difference between grow and fishmix.
keep er lit.

Yeah I tent to water with feed every time, but I have slightly upped the nutes as someone else suggested (sorry forgot who) also realised that the amount I was watering didn't run off, so I've upped my watering bottles to 2.5l instead of 1.5l and only just get run off. Now I have to water less. Win win!

Can't wait to see what this set up does, but I will be ordering a led light as it is still very hot here in southern Spain. Seen some very interesting YouTube videos by migrow testing the ¿¿¿ppf??? Basically the efficiency of the par rating of lights. Might look into the optic one or migrow set up in the far future. Build up to that via a mars 960w reflector or mars 2 900. Seen lots of stuff on quantum boards and chill boards. But guna keep it simple!

Heres a couple of photos as I think the other ones I posted got deleted during the site problems. I so wish you could upload them the bright way up instead of sideways, but it's hassle to get my laptop out just for that purpose.

I played around with the fans as I found it very hot in there even with intake and out take fans on full. I've ordered two more thermohygrometers as I believe mine is naff. Reading 32/33°C. Used one of the smaller fans and pointed it out of the top access hole as a secondary exhaust fan and opened the air hole at the bottom of one side to try go get the temps down. My friend gave me a cooling tube but I'd prefer to manage without it as I believe the reflector is probably no good in it. I have also pointed another small fan directly across the bulb towards the exhausts.

Any other ways I can try cool it down in there without resorting to ice boxes?

Hi ladies and gents! I've been having serious heat problems in my set up. I thought my temp reader was wack, so I bought two more and put them at different levels in my tent. It seems it was correct after all! Way too hot for my plant and it seems the plant has suffered. I don't know if it's heat stress or nutrient deficiencies but a lot of leaves are turning yellow.

So first port of call... Cool it down!

My friend gave me a cool tube with the set up so I've done a bit of DIY and rigged up the cool tube. Currently running: Carbon filter->duct->cool tube->duct->venting fan->duct to outside

I have ordered a 6 inch helical Intractor fan and 3 meters or insulated ducting. So I will rearrange to have a dedicated system for cooling and for air extraction.

Can someone tell me if this is correct, for the extraction system I want there to be a negative pressure so the walls of the tent collapse in a little? (No smell escaping) the cooling system a positive pressure so no unfiltered air escapes from the tent into the cooling system? (Given the chance)

Yo may notice I've taken the dust cover off the carbon filter. This was just hoping that it would help vent the hot air quicker! So soon hopefully I can put it back on

I am also thinking of removing the inner reflective lining of the cooltube, leaving 360 bare glass, then attaching the old wing reflector above it somehow.

What's your thoughts? Could this set up be viable for when I start my next run?

Your next run it’s gunna be much cooler especially after veg. So I think you’ll be good... It’s hassle trying to fight the heat during mid late summer and still... I learned the hard way to and learned next time to plan around... Have some finish early summer then start back up again late maybe...My tent has led and getting those temps it was real bad but they thrived I think youll be fine..

Thanks @KREATURE. Yeah this heat is still going to be around for a while! Evening temps are still over 25 degrees. Even with running in the night the temps have been 32+! Far too hot!! The new kit should be up and running by tomorrow night so I'm hoping everything should be good to finish this plant off. Will see whether or not I should have left it outside to finish. But as you say, fingers crossed the next run should be spot on... Hopefully!
