New Grower First time grow with 'Early Miss'. Photo and time lapse video:-)

Funny thing. I had little insects in my pots as well during the first few weeks. There were only a few of them and then after a couple more weeks they disappeared.
I figured they were springtails. I'll never know for sure but hopefully I won't have to.

Anyway, here's a picture I took of one.

Nice plants!

Thanks guys!
And oh yes....that DOES look like a springtail!
I checked again in the bottoms today, there was only one and I think it was the same one from yesterday. I put it outside, so we'll see if there are more tomorrow....

So I accidentally turned the CFL lights on, which of course weren't hooked up to the timer. However, it seemed to make them really grow....I've included the time-lapse below. Now I am wondering if I should do 24-0 lighting again! Ha ha!

Serena is the one in the front....she is playing a nice game of catchup to Persephone! Wild!

Those time lapse vids are pretty cool. Keep 'em comin'!

Day 40: Woke up today to find Serena looking terrible. Turns out the soil had dried a bit and she was all drooping....with a lot of those brown spots....UGH! It's weird because Persephone is fine....strange how one plant is having such a hard time. Anyway, added the water with the calmag and hopefully things are ok. They are taking so much more water than before....probably my bad. Silly special needs plant! LOL!

Day 45:

Wow things have taken off. The flowering is going bananas and two or three days ago I noticed the 'sugar' on the leaves. How cool!

Serena surpassed Persephone in height by an inch as well, but now today, they are just about neck in neck....Persephone may be SLIGHTLY taller. The sugar leaves are pretty crazy on her as well, Serena is way behind on that one....she is finally getting a bit at the leaves base today....

The smell is amazing, very pine-ish. Just lovely. Here are some pics, you can still see the calmag issue, but it seems to be resolving. When do you all think these ladies will be ready? I leave in a week and a half....eek!

I was estimating 2, but three sounds more likely. At least I have someone to take care of them for me. So sad I get to miss the last leg of my first grow....awwww. I wish I could at least cut one little piece off for myself before I leave....

Looking pretty decent, I think they might be hungry and perhaps also need a dash of CalMag, but not bad :)

Cool, I've got the calmag going in there....
Hungry in what way, what can I do? I have them in soil with nutrients already in it, is that ok? I didn't do the adding of my own nutes this time (that will be next time) so not sure....
Tank ya! :-)

I'm not sure really, I'm not so great with judging from what things are hungry for yet lol, just kinda had that look with the yellowing. Maybe it's just the old calmag issue or nothing major... Can't really tell. I forgot what soil they're in, but it might have enough or maybe too much nutes in there. Anyways I wouldn't worry bout too much it at this point :) it'll make good flower :) Next round always goes better.
