Both would serve you well.. Seems the second kit will take up a bit more space.. your choice. Know tho your gonna see a big difference in terms of the heat output.. So an upgraded ventiliation system may be next on ur list unless the one you have now will be up to the task of getting all that hot air outta there. But like I said.. both would serve ya well! best of luck bro!

oh snap.. didint see one was a 1k watt. Unless your wanting to expand your grow.. Space size/ plant count.. The 400 would be fine for the couple you have.
