Indoor First Time CFL Grower

Here we go with some close up shots of the ladies from above, one strange thing I have noticed is that the buds on the smaller La Diva have matured much faster and she stinks but the larger La Diva's buds haven't developed much yet and she doesn't stink at all. Anyone have any ideas why this may happen?

So here we have my 2 Speed Devils, both are slightly younger than the 2 La Divas but are coming along nicely at 51cm and 42cm respectively.









Damn I'm getting excited now.

Can't wait to see some colour on those La Divas, have been checking out your grow photos from before Asi, drooling over them. Sweet as.

Don't worry about the plants being at differing stages, as they are grown from seed and not clone you get variances from seed to seed. You may just have to be prepared to chop them down at different times.

imho i think yer better not putting that light down below, don't count on those lower buds bulking up, put the light up above and concentrate on the cola's and top buds of yer branches.

Hey there Riz, we haven't met before. Nice to meet you. Cheers for the advice, I'd love to put that second 250w CFL on top with the other one but unfortunately I'm limited for space up there. In fact I was just thinking a moment ago that from now on I'll only have 2 plants in the flowering tent as opposed to four that way I can add a third lamp on the right side of the tent, was even considering trying out a mix of L.E.D and CFL together, cash is tight at the moment so I'll have to wait a while for that L.E.D. What kind of lighting do you use?

Snap of the Red Dwarf, shes coming on nicely now. Slow start but picking up now.

i have to agree man, this is a great first grow for anyone. i will be tuning in to see how it turns out. my only bit of advice, do not get greedy and snip a piece to try early, let it ripen up before you cut, and dry and try to let it cure some before you smoke. i say this with confidence because i did it myself. do you have a good microscope or anything to check the progress of the trichome maturation?

I'm afraid I don't have a microscope but that sounds like a good idea... only problem is I'd have them outside under the scope all day long. lol. I'll keep myself from getting greedy also no mater what it takes.
