so it's my first grow, i've been reading all the forums and i've gotten this far without actually speaking to another person, but i'm kind of stuck here, it looks like she's doing pretty well, but she KEEPS GROWING UPWARD....., i don't want her to stop...but at the same time my cabinetis small and i didn't think she'd get much bigger than she is now, there IS room for her to keep growing upward....but the problem is i really have to harvest her in 45 days from now...so i'm worried if she keeps growing upward and isn't focusing on making flowers that it will take too long and i'll be forced to harvest her prematurely

anyway here are the facts on my setup

pyramid seeds anubis autoflower
currently about 30 days old (big right???)
all CFLs
24/0 light schedule

fox farm OF / HF 50/50 soil mix
the fox farm nutrient trio, so far i haven't given her anything but grow big and big bloom, wondering if i should start flowering nutes but the main cola is still forming and i've read that flowering nutes can stop upward growth

if only my damn peppers and tomatoes would grow this fast.....

any advice on flowering nutes? and i was running all 6 lights at 6500k but since it looks like those are preflowers / flowers i switched up to 4 2700k and 2 5000k ...wondering if i should go all 2700? or leave it as it is now for another week or two and then go all 2700k.....any advice or comments would be nice...i have looked all over and couldn't find any journals or anything for this strain and so i don't know if i'm on the right track...BUT...she does look pretty great right? i mean i didn't expect this especially for my first grow and the fact that so many autos are so tiny, she's SUPER bushy...anyway take a look at the pictures from the DSLR and please please please let me know what to do...or if it looks good should i just keep doing what i'm doing and keep learning and go with my gut (which has got me to this point about 30 days from seed popping up)......as a multiple bonsai tree killer i'm concerned about her being another victim

I'm not an expert but I ran into this reality as well....

There are varying opinions on whether or not an auto can be "forced" into bloom cycle and ceasing vertical growth with bloom nutes.
I have a truncated time frame because the wife and I are going on vacation. I wanted to end veg early (yield not withstanding) so I could
buy more time to make sure my buds would mature.

To a large extent, autos have their own schedule, a schedule that is going to do what it's going to do.
And they have a late veg stage stretch (for the most part)

I did a combination of things to "press pause" until the clock ran out on veg. but fimming the top was what finally worked....
I think...(it could have just been coincidence and timing) I stunted the top enough to slow it down while it repaired it self and worked
on "trauma duty". I also introduced a percentage of bloom nutes early. BUT...if you get rid of the Nitrogen before the plant's desire for
a certain level of it diminishes, all you are doing is generating a deficiency issue.

The other thing I did was give it less light....I went from running 24/0 to running 21/3 less light time, less growing.

On the back end....it's going to finish when it's going to finish. Kinda have to listen to the plant on that one. You can harvest
early but you risk having weak, immature bud and/or a buzzy, anxious style high.

Good Luck!

dude I say go with ur gut.i mean dam she looks great.stay with the veg nute another wk switch to all 2700 k n maybe 2 weeks.that's what I would do anyways.i mean hell she can get pretty huge in 45 more days
