I find 6 weeks is a minimum. I find going 8 weeks give the best chance of a majority of viable seeds. And as always, not all buds ripen at the same time, 8 weeks will usual see that all are ready. With properly ripened seed bud, you'll see seeds start to burst open their calyx, and even seeds falling out. That will be peak ripeness!

1yes they will, but not a lot. And there is not much left after you shuck the seeds, but it is still good smoke/vape material! I see no real loss in potency of seeded bud material.

Thanks for your input! I'm not at all worried about the yield of smoke, I was just hoping that they will still form colas and not remain button buds, and now you got me even more stoked to know the shake will still be potent!

I used the leftover material from my seed run to make butter, gets me high as Fuk @ 1zip/450g butter, I dont toke so cant speak to that.

Thanks for the idea! Yeah I made some coconut oil a month or so ago with a half oz, just a couple spoonfuls had me wasted for a while lol

Moonstone is on day 39 and I'm very impressed with this strain, fastest germ and sprout I've had, one hell of a freebie! If I didn't pollinate her, the main would no doubt be stacked thick top to bottom with bud, I'm glad I'll have a good amount of these to play with, she smells very sweet, candy like, a little pine and skunk funk on the back end. Incredible early frost production, she eats everything I throw at her with no issues, I've done heavy defoliation several times without a flinch. Both plants are taking just under 800ppm now. Sour blues is on day 31 she is a sensitive to nutes strain, seems like it takes a day for her to get used to the amount increasing, definitely auto blues dominant pheno, structure, and smell are full on blues

First 2 are moonstone, followed by sour blues
