New Grower First Medicinal Grow of Autos

I was just being silly with the related - three letters and ending in V. Would happily call either of you :smokebuds:brothers though.

So - practicing my bud shots and enjoying the crop function on the computer and its snowing!

Oh lol Silly me! Must have been the Assassin! LOL Hell yeah bro -- we're all brothers! Brothers of the Green! :smokebuds:
You're plants look G R E A T!! :howdy:

:howdy:

cheers bro

well, they aren't quite the canna porn as some of the other pics on here but since I gotta take pics to help me see em properly I may as well post. As always all general advice welcome and I'll definetely need advice on when two cut down and the final steps. Hopefully also a run of pics in the final stages will be of benefit to other new growers as well.

Last prganic additives were a bit over a day ago - now will just be on water with some molasses - I would say ph'd water but due to ph pen playing up and waiting on a new one Im having to guestimate the ph - grrr - I aint all that good at guestimating in general! Due to some lst-ing ans stunted growth early due to not enough water I think - they are all what Im terming Shaggy Dog Bansai Plants!

First up is green o matic - according to the growers notes today should be the day but will be leaving her go for a bit longer yet. Some pretty yellow leaves there - Ive pushed this one more than the others so not surprising she's pushing back a bit.

by the way folks - the Mazar and Blueberry came from a mixed pack along with Polar Lights 2 all fems and colour coded. Now that I have a look at the pack of seeds and the seeds themselves there is a good chance I have got the names wrong on maz and/or BB. So if anyone with experience of growing these strains can recognise which is which feel free to let me now. No worries if not though - a bud smells as sweet by any other name...

your girls are growing up fast arent they?
this is the race to the finish, can you tell
that the smell is changing, that the new
growth smell is less, and the flavor of the
bud comes out?
anyway great job...its hard to believe
its gone by so fast, time flies doesnt it?

cheers mate - crazy how fast time flies when yr growing autos!!

yeah, am enjoying the smell. whilst Im after variety at this stage Ill be looking forward to growing just the one strain at once at some stage to get just the one smell rather than opposing smells - still, am enjoying the smell indeed!!

After looking at all the tricky trichy shots I thought it time I pull out the magnifying glass (thanks RSV1 for jogging my memory) - I gotta get new batteries for it but these are through mag class then zoomed, cropped.

As always, open to any input - especially as the time gets nearer advice on when to pull.

So to be honest, Im still just learning what Im looking for in these sorta pics. To be theres a fair bit of amber/reddish in there but I don't know whether thats "the amber" we're looking for etc - like I say all input welcome.

these are all from the Green O Matic as its the most advance and i nplace to photo at moment but Im sure Ill play around with the others too and hone my snapping skills.

btw - lights, fan, carbon filter off for the night with cupboard door open - smells mmmmm

Hard to tell from those pics, but they definitely look cloudy to my eyes. The clear trichomes tend to have more sparkle in the pics, and yours seem to be past that. Looking for amber is tough with autos since they don't all change. The full shot of the plant you posted yesterday looks like it can go a bit longer. I'd let it pull some of the goodness out of those fan leaves and then think about chopping when the sugar leaves start to change color. But hopefully somebody who knows Green O Matic will chime in because each strain is a little different.
