thats another thing im not noticing any water drain-off when i water them i just watered all 3 and had them raised from the bottom of the box so it wouldn't sit in the drained water, i filled up a whole red solo cup of water for each pot and still didn't notice any run off when watering.
look to be about 7 in. deep and 7 in. wide, ill be transferring them to 5gal buckets soon, also getting a 8 bulb t5 quantum badboy in less then a month. I'm going to do a pic update tonight, I've mad some additions to the grow closet and id like to share some ideas and concepts, hopefully i can get some more followers and ppl watching this grow.
Sounds like they are about 1.5 or 2 gallon, so you probably need about 1/2 gallon per pot. You want to give them enough so that about 10% runs out the bottom of the pot. I use 3 gallon pots and usually give them 2/3 to 3/4 a gallon per pot every feeding.
hmmm alright thanx for that lil bit of info, im guessing i start nutes around 3.5 weeks right?
Well here's my update i guess, my lights turn off at 6 pm and turn back on at 10 pm (20/4)
I'm having a bit of trouble keeping it cool in there:
Ghetto Grow Setup:
Pineapple Express Auto Day 8:
(SUPER WORRIED ABOUT HER WILL SHE SURVIVE?!?!)
Easyryder Day 8:
(Best of the 3)
Annapurna Day 8:
(Stretching like crazy about 3 in. now, on her right and left leaf is that burning or does it look like a insects eating the leafs? i have small ghost ants are everywhere and i cant do anything to get rid of them, here in Florida they're everywhere, it looks like there's part of the leaf missing)
How old are these seedlings? How often do you water? I think for your pot size a full partycup of water should take care of them for 4-5 days anyways. I would let them get bigger before you move them to a 5 gallon bucket. I've got some pineapples going myself at 4 weeks now-1 is entered in the 32oz competition.
My bad, judging from your start date their all 8 days old? I think your temps and humidity level are fine.I try and keep mine at 79f and my humidity has stayed at 45% the entire grow. I started nutes at 10 days old on my pineapples following fd's nute schedule in the indoor section under fd's guide to growing hefty autos in small places-its worked well for me so far. I also use the ffof soil but i started mine in jiffy seedstarter mix and transplanted into ffof at day 14. Your plants look good, give tem some time and they'll get going. That pineapple is crazy lookin!
You arent giving them enough water. I normally water my plants until there is drainage coming out them bottom, then I give them the same amount of water it took me to reach the level of drainage. Fox Farm is slightly hot, but I've never had any problems with it. I usually do a 50/50 mix. The light warrior adds extra aeriation and makes it less hot.
Your plants look fine. The first one is just a peice of membrane that dried up on the cotyledon. Happened to me a couple times before. Just relax and enjoy they ride.
