Grow Room First grow: PC or otherwise

Wussup fellow marijuana connoisseurs. I am new to the site but not weed. I spend so much on it I decided it wouldn't hurt to grow my own. I get paid tomorrow so i will purchase the seeds and lights. I will try to attach pics of my setup so far.
I plan to buy 3x 23watt 6500k CFLs and 3x 2700k CFLs. Is it okay to use 3 6500k and 1 2700k for the veg stage? And 3 2700k plus 1 6500k for the flowering stage? Also I go back to school in the first week of August so any suggestions for fast finishing strains would be helpful. Also height is somewhat of an issue, as you can see in the pics, overhanging shelves are blocking the top of the pc case.
The plants realistically have only about 10 inches to grow. Right now I am looking at Auto Seeds Auto 1 and Auto Seeds Candy Kush. If there are better strains for my setup please let me know. I also would like to make edibles with the trim (maybe im asking for too much from such a small plant).

no plant is to small to not talk about!
have you considered to get a big tower? it is taller than yours and should be not more than 10$

anyways, to mix cfl`s seems to be ok. And if you want to safe money 2 or 1 6500, should be enough blueish light for the vegstate as most autos enter flower very early...

1x 6500 + 2x 2700 = veg
2(3)x 2700 + 1x 6500= flower


as for the time problem: this will get very close, because ordering, deliver and germination takes more time than you think....
anyways, for a small plant I would recommend "Budwider" as herbal just grew.

for time strain... hum. maybe something like 60day wonder? or some early dragons? dunno.
this has to be answered from some other^^

OK,so I bought seeds of the strain THC Autofloreciente. Has anyone grown these before(or any Pure Seeds for that matter)? I cant wait to receive them so i can germ and get started.
I also installed the lights in my grow box, all thats left are my seeds and soil( 2 of the most important things).

Any tips on soil? I've been told to stay away from Miracle Grow.

Not yet, but my Suggestion is a dryer. Because Nobody would give a Shot on the Noise and Air exause
