Sounds like things are on the mend dude, glad you are getting it figured out!

One thing I would do in that tent is get the power strip off the ground. It's safer above bucket height.

Thanks man!

In good news - when I left this morning ph was 6.8.

When I got home tonight almost 12 hours, ph was still 6.8 which is awesome news!

I bought some new proper ph down and it's sitting at 6.0 now so I will leave it overnight and see how it is tomorrow :)

And I'm just about to zip tie up that power board, thank you I keep forgetting:-(

Just left everything at
950ppm
21°c WATER
5.9ph
39%RH
21°C TENT

Let's see how things are in the morning... I really want to get these girls going strong!

This is now around 30 days since breaking soil, definitely a slow start and I can only put that down yo my first ever grow experience and just take it and learn. At least I'm leaning towards a more CBD yield than THC, so if I'm correct, a longer flowering is better? Clear, Cloudy, Brown trichomes... and I want them closer to the end?

Ph this Morning was 6.2 so only a small jump and I think that was still the ph down Recirculating, not an actual increase in the system. Added a few more drops this AM.

Took some photos. The two "largest" plants are at 100mm / 4 inches. Soil looks the healthiest!

I think we're stable now... just wanna see some growthhhhhhh

Part of me wants to top and experiment with some training when they're a bit bigger, but I am torn between just keeping it simple and letting it grow... or fucking around with it! They've had a hard enough start to life as it is lol...

Having a day off is the worst - I can't stop Going to the bloody tent!

However I did drop the QB - it's now at 700mm/27.5" And about 90% power, it was up around 900 or something before - probably too high, and was only at maybe 70% power.

Topped up res, lightly watered the girl in soil, zip tied my power board up, adjusted the thermostat a little... I think I'm done playing now LOL

1000ppm
20°c/20°c
5.5ph
35%rh

I'll try and leave it now for 36 hours so I am.actually surprised next time I open the tent!

The weather here moves from 0°c in the morning up to maybe 25°c in the days at the moment. I've got the thermostat running for the column heater, set at 20°c which ideally I'd love everything to stay.

QUESTION - are internal tent fluctuations of the air between 15-24°c really that bad? Water is staying around 17-21°c.

I'm playing around with the bottom intake drawstring on thereby near the fan to get the right amount of cool fresh air being drawn in...

15 celcius is pretty low. Some plants will stall or not grow much if the temps are that low.

This guy has reliable info in nice compact 2-5 minute videos, and I reference his vids a lot.

Thanks @Animatey.

So I see my options as being -
*raise the thermostat controlling the heater to 21 or 22c
*Close up the intake port to allow less fresh/cold air in
*I don't really want to turn the power up more on the heater for costs, and risk of it getting too hot too quickly.

If 15 is too cold, is 25 too hot? Should I just try and shift everything up a couple of degrees? Also, winter is coming (to an end!) So it won't be so crazy soon...

I'll be dealing with 40°c days instead hahaha

An update once I finally got out of bed!

6am
6°c outside
11°c in the garage
19.3°c at the canopy
16.6°c at the top of the tent
43%RH
Thermostat on 20°c
Water at 20°c
PPM 990
5.9ph!

I'm.pretty stoked with all of that - looks like I may have found my happy place!

QUESTION - the damaged leaves on one of the larger plants- 1. What does that look like?
2. Should I remove them?

Thanks all!
