New Grower first grow: ministry of cannabis, angelmatic auto fem seeds

I have been smoking the trim and small buds for a few days and just popped a bud from the box in my pipe. This site just helped me save $100 on a bag of seeds and stems. I think I will be able to say goodbye to that street shit. This feeling of freedom is worth more than the money. I will soon be on a fixed income with one less worry. I will try and get some pics of the other 4 and will welcome advice on harvest time, I seem to feel less impatient or rushed. I am well pleased with this first attempt and really look forward to learning more from my next grow.

Spot on attitude, vg! Love it. You are learning and that makes me ecstatic. :D

View attachment 89885 100_0233.jpg My guess is at least two weeks before harvest ?

Took a close look at the white (pistil?) things and noticed that they have round bulb like heads that are much bigger than the first plant. I am not sure but they seem to glissen (wet) almost gold. The buds have really fattened up, feel stickyer, and even feel heavier. I will start slowing down a bit on my smoking to make sure this harvest happens at the right time and I don't get tempted to be dumb. I have the best buds from the first plant curing and will only be able to give them 14- 20 days to cure. That should last till the next harvest. Three of the four plants seem to be progressing the same but the smallest plant appears to be a week behind. The 50% humidity seemed to help my panic drying box to dry slowly. Budget is tight until the summer overtime kicks in. First extra money I get will go for more light for my next grow. I have changed my mind and will invest in better metters and other stuff so that I can better monitor what is happening. Is there such a thing as a digital magnifing glass?

Once again Muddy, you are The Man. I harvested the first plant,Leggy, about two weeks ago. The other four have been on water only and the buds are at least twice the size, weight, smell in short better in every way. While I regret the early harvest of leggy it was not in vane. Lessons learned have been tempered by saved money and better smoke. I am really excited about my next grow but I need to make a few improvements in my equipment and methods. My new motto is less is better. Less rushing more research, less charging ahead more planning. Squidherb this joints' for you, thanks again.

Very well put vg! If only more of us would have that attitude.

You look pretty close on those. How old are they now?

  nice work man!!!

plus rep!!!

Yeah, def close... get a jouler's loupe (30x or more) so you can look at trichomes up close... clear is early... cloudy is about right and amber is typically more sleepy /medicinal high

but I'd say flush em out for 3 or 4 days if you're not already... then chop and stop! :toke:

Yeah, I say start the flush with some molasses and chop her this weekend. Give her another 5-6 days then a day or two in total darkness without being disturbed at all, I have heard that this helps out and is a good way to go, sounds good to me! Good luck man.
