New Grower First Grow (Fruit Auto / CFL / Soil / Small space)

definitely! i didn't take pictures everyday but i'll try it with all stuff i have. i want to create a fixed photo setup for my second grow: same lightning, a fixed camera with tripod so same angle etc... it's fun and a great way to making a grow archieve
Yea, and put a little marker on the pot so you always shoot the exact same position. That will look amazingly cool. i always look for time lapse cannabis grows on YouTube and they are all shite.

superb! that makes sense, thanks a lot  and yep the keyword is "accurate", it is really hard to create such a clean timelapse without a pro setup. even you can do it you have to solve that light flickering problem with a video editing software. i'll try to do my best, can't wait

problem?: when i touch the leaves it feels dry, not fresh, especially the oldest ones. it's really hard to define but they look like healthy as my latest post. is this a problem, genetics or just paranoia?

Not that I would even know how to start diagnosing problems, I'd say that if they look healthy and nice and green like your last photo she will be OK for now... Could it be a bit too warm or low humidity for her? When did you last water? Maybe the light's a little low?

Just throwing some ideas in the hat from this side, maybe give her a little different drink and foliar spray of plain water, raise the light a bit and see if she likes that?

Best of luck!

hi mate, thank you for stopping by:cheers: you're right i should put some info here, so: humidity is around 50-55%, i keep the light 5" close to the top, put my hand between the light and top of the plant and it seems oky. temperature's 82-83 but i think i can keep the air circulation good and i did water yesterday. yep i can try to raise the bulb a bit and spray, it makes sense now :greenthumb::karmacloud: thank you again

Hi folks
i just checked out Tang’s feeding schedule, lots of people prefers to use that method so i decided to modify it for my watering. i’m using half liter water, there is no run-off (maybe just a few drops), the soil dries out after 2 days. i have just big bug, calmag and overdrive as additional stuff but i will buy other important things for my future grows(b52,voodoo etc..). let me what do you think? half liter thang is wrong? soil: biobizz light mix

Days 1 to 10 just water

Days 10 to 15 0,5ml gmb(grow+micro+bloom)

Days 15 to 20 0,6ml gmb

Days 20 to 25 0,7ml gmb

Days 25 to 30 0,8ml gmb

Day 30 flush

Day 32 to 35 0,9ml gmb, 0,5ml big bud, 0,5ml calmag

Day 35 to 40 1ml gmb, 0,5ml big bud, 0,5ml calmag

Day 40 to 45 1ml gmb, 0,5ml big bud, 0,5ml calmag

Day 45 to 60 1ml gmb, 0,5ml overdrive, 0,5ml calmag

Day 60 to 70 just water

I think that looks like a nice framework to be going with for now, and almost identical to what I'm using at the moment, but I think the most important thing to pay attention to for us is to try and listen to what our plants are telling us xD

If she looks like she could wait a bit before getting her next feed, you can hold off 1/2 a day to a day to let the soil dry a bit more and let the beneficial oxygen into the pot before the next feed. On the other hand if you want to treat her, and give her a nice big feed occasionally, that's cool too so that you make sure the entire root system is getting equally fed.

One thing that was recommended to me regarding the supplements to the nutrients that I'm trying is to add Molasses (as a cheap replacement to ANs Carboload product), which is a carbohydrate that feeds the organisms in the soil, it's not something directly feeding the plant, but it feeds the beneficial microbes already in the soil, that help with the nutrient intake.

And as always, best wishes!
