First grow, first post

Well, seeds came in from Seedsman, 3 Stress Killer (RQ), 1 Fast Eddy (RQ) both high CBD, 2 Northern Lights (MOC), 1 Pineapple Glue (AS)
As for mix, I'd already spent more than the "boss" had wanted me to spend getting started, so had had to go cheap for my soil mix
Home Depot Miracle-Gro Nature's Made, a mix I've always used, and I also picked up a bag of Kellogg's Organic Plus .
I'll try both soils and see, also, would anyone think adding a little compost be a good idea ?? and perlite, the mix has got to be pretty light right ??

perlite -> alwayz
miracle-gro -> (me NOT a fan, sorry )

If your soil doesn't drain and I mean run straight threw your soil it well stay wet to long. Killing ur plants or wasting a lot of ur time.

I just ran three autos in 3 gallon fabric pots with the MG organic potting mix that comes in the green bag. I added 25% perlite because it was my first dirt experiment. Plants needed nothing until flower basically and then it was just to be sure. Biggest plant was almost 3 Oz. Surprised the hell out of me. I grow DWC and this was just for fun but a great learning experience.

I do have some horticulture experience, and I'm pretty confident in my ability to grow houseplants, ornamentals and tropicals, I've just never grown weed, smoked a lot, never grown it.
I'm probably worrying a little too much, I know how to watch, and listen to my plants, another thing I've never really done, is started from seed (other than lawn), I've taken TONS of cuttings, rootings, but never seed germination, but that doesn't seem too big a deal, just pick your method, paper towel, pellet, straight in the pot. I guess everyone has their preference.

Just remember that they dont call it a weed for nothing. This is a very hardy plant and can take a little abuse but like all living things, it isn't immortal lol.

my tent is 2x4, my light is a mars hydro eco120 600w, which if I'm reading correctly actually draws 190w
so, so what size, how many plants do I squeeze in that puppy ? lol
I had just assumed I'd use 3gal pots, but if 2gal might be just fine, and get another plant in, that might better ?
thoughts ?
