New Grower First grow ever. Will keep updated regularly. Feel free to tag along

Always easier said than done. But we can try. Medium and how we feed also makes a huge difference which is why it’s always really tough to offer suggestions. I’m going to try and stay away from telling people to do this or that and just offer points of reflection to help them watch their plant. Hopefully that will keep me out of trouble.

This right here may be one of the best posts ive seen yet in afn!
Sorry to be jacking the thread, but ive been thinking about the sentiment you just expressed.
Ive been tossing out advice lately like i know what the eff im doing, i dont. I have read a billion bits of info and am now getting to experience it for myself but still.
I dont think theres anything wrong with that per se, but at the end of thenday, the grower is the one who has to deal with his/her plant and any issues that arise. And dear lord will there be issues.
I have made an effort to not ask what to do here in the forums. Ive got a plan and ill ride with it and adjust as i go. If i get through this first round, ill clean up, reset and get on with the next round using what i learned and adjusting on the go.
Last thing ill say now, is if some douchenozzle complains about advice they ask for on an online then they probs shouldnt ask for advice/etc online in a forum.

On a positive note... Today I'm going to be eating good. Got my secret Italian beef recipe going for dinner tonight. Mmmm today is a good day! Anyone in Illinois come slide through for a sandwich later

No I appreciate any recommendations. I know these girls are very dark evergreen colored. Didn't realize it was the nitrogen levels that caused this so I'm glad you pointed that out. I have been pushing my veg feed to try and get better growth but never went above half strength. I'll keep with the fox farm nutes this grow and switch to full flower nutes at next feed. Also I am thinking I am about 4-6 weeks out from chop, rough estimate at this point.

Looks like youre about 10 days ahead of me right now ! fuck ya dude. Those are really beautiful looking plants.
Thanks! I've been overall really happy with how this grow has gone so far

Daily update

Day 41 widows
Day 36 Zkittlez

~70°F lights off, 78°F lights on
~40-50%RH
-No water
-No nutes
-18/6 light cycle
-Light distance 20 in

So the girls are starting to really fatten up every day with the flower production. Girls got rotated and that's about it besides dropping the light yesterday which the girls seem to be loving. Not much more to update besides check out the photos of the girls and let me know what you think! Well til tomorrow! :pass:

Question for you, i just got a 400wcmh gave to me do you think it would be too much with the 1600w of led already in the tent? Tent is 2x4x6

I would say experiment with it, late veg and into flower would be my suggestion. But would watch for higher temps and light burn. If gets to hit or plants can’t handle the extra lighting just take one out (or off). Maybe the cmh on a timer and run it in periods to control the temps but with added light periods.
