You will need to move your light up or you will cook the babies.
Start at top of tent and monitor rockwool. Once they break ground you can start to lower light incrementally.
I had to keep my 150w at 2 feet in early veg. A bowl of water in your room will evaporate under the light and provide some extra humidity. Try not let the rockwool get too dry. Better to err on the side of caution early on as
once they grow they do get tougher.

ps. Did you pH ( soak in pH'd water and gently sqeeze out excess water)the rockwool cubes before use.
