Picture 1: What the hell is that on the tupperware lids I'm using as saucers? Under the CFLs it looks like the rainbowy gasoline you see on the ground. Touched it and its somewhat slimy, but not wet wet.

Picture 2: Blue diesel catching up with the Afgan in size/height, but not opening up at all yet with its other side of leaves? Somethin to worry about?

Picture 3: Afgan Ryder looking good as far as a I know.

I am not sure what that is but it is most likely grease or something leftover from the last time the tupperwear was washed I am guessing.

What day are those on ? They look fine

I wouldnt worry about the AKR I have never had one not auto. :) Just be patient and you will be fine.

Scott, thanks for poppin in!

They popped on July 3rd, planted them July 4th, both popped over soil by the 5-6th.

As far as the tupperware lids, I cleaned them thoroughly before using them. When I water I noticed some run off finally, then this morning there was that slimy stuff. Its not grease, but it is something that shouldn't be in the dresser with plants near by! Wished I would have checked on them earlier, hope it didnt spread to the bottom of the containers and into the soil or something.

Really, your AKR's auto-ed?! Thats some relief for me, but plenty of peoples AKRs gave em troubles. When did you order them and do you have pictures of em?! I'll check your profile/threads to see. Thanks man.

I only have one growing now but I got these seeds from world of seeds 3 or 4 months ago from dope seeds. I planted this one on 6/18 and it came up on 6/21 so its been about 20 days. As you can see its already declared sex and is flowering. I am going to cross this with a auto assasin and see what I get from a few crosses back and forth over the next few grows. Its in a 2 gallon air pot and grown under 100% led's

I know World of Seeds has been introducing a lot of new auto strains latey but this seems to be one they have had for awhile now. This is my 3rd grow on this species so maybe I have been lucky so far.

She looks so good Scott, thanks for the pics! 2 gal is what I think I'll be using, maybe 1.75 gal with the height restriction. Sound good?

They're both almost a week old today from popping over soil.

Pic 2 and 3 is the Blue Diesel. Its height has been the same for a while. Whats up with it? Barely opening up and all shriggly looking. Dont know if thats a word, but thats what it looks like. Also, has a bit of a "rust" looking mark on one of the cotyledon leaves

Pic 4 and 5 is the Afgan ryder doing good I think. And the white marks on both plants are from waterings when I dripped some on them, but it doesn't come off too easily so I left em alone. What is it?

When should I be transplanting them to the final grow bag, I'm guessing within a week and a half? With the smallish drainage holes on the bottom I cant really get a good view of any future roots I dont think, unless they're really all over the place. No nutes for 2.5 weeks because of the Ocean Forest soil then 1/4 strength veg nutes or until I see preflowers then start 1/4 strength of flowering nutes basically? Decided to battle the tad extra heat and turn on the other CFL too.

I think you will be fine. Nothing looks out of the norm for a week. I always like day 10-21 range as that is when you start to see how well it is going to grow,

It looks like mineral stains from water no big deal there just leave them alone.

I have never used that soil before but it sure does look chunky compared to the Humbolt soil I use. I know the happy frog is pretty hot stuff and can be hard on seedlings but I havent read much about ocean forrest so hopefully someone else can chime in on that.

I think your pot size will be fine for the area you are working with as well. I normally use a 5L (1.2gal) air pot for most inside grows as I have a space issue myself so you tend to get smaller plants and yields that a larger pot would put out although you can get some really good results with smaller pots with a little expirience and using and aerator in your water. Check out FullDuplexes sticky on growing big autos.

I dont stop the veggie nutes until about half way through flowering myself so I mix them after the plants get into flower.

Just remember only bad things happen fast in a grow and I know its hard to sit around staring at them. Trust me they never grow when you are looking at them hehehehe I have stared at mine waiting to see something happen for way too many hours to mention :)

Hmmm very weird. Where I used to live was very rainy and slimy stuff used to end up on the ground outside all the time very slippery stuff make you fall on you're ass. I say its some kind of mildew from moisture or something along those lines. They look great though so far, wouldn't worry about things that much just yet just keep them lids clean its from the water run off for sure.:bong:

Been 8 days since they popped over soil, should I start them off and a very low dosage of BMO's Grow It Green? I know to start with quarter nute doses or smaller, and work your way up to half and maybe full strength for flower, but when do I start? I know the FFOF is "enough" for about 3 weeks, but with the organic nutes in quarter or half doses I don't think I'll burn them and I think the soil sucks anyways, think I got an old bag or stored wrong for too long. I have the GIG- grow it green and FP- flower power. Should have gotten their Foilar Harmony and Super Plant Tonic too, but money was tight as always. Found 2 different feeding charts: 2nd pic is what the eBay dude from BMO sent me that I saved and edited the diagram sizes a little, 1st pic is what a member of RIU created which was found on google. Which looks better? Any BMO guys on AFN?
