First autogrow watering

I am about to start my first autogrow. I will be putting my seedlings straight into my final grow pot. Can someone help me understand the amount of water I need to give my seedling to start with. E.g 2.5ml or 5ml
Welcome AndyAuto to AFN[emoji481][emoji482]

I see your new guy or gal here it looks like.
So why don't you tell us a little bit about your seedling maybe we all can help you out with it...
There's a lot of good Growers on this website you definitely chose a good site to get advice from.
If you tell us what kind of seeds you got what kind of setup you got what are you growing in what do you plan to grow in your light your tent your ventilation Outside Inside what's going on with it??? Myself or someone will definitely help you out for sure[emoji12]

And welcome again to the land of AFN there's no better place to be[emoji817][emoji818][emoji482]

Thanks for the reply. Everyone's help would be much appreciated. I am growing magnum buddah autos. I will growing completely organic and outside. I'm using 15ltr smart grow pots. My soil is bio bizz all mix, and I have bio bizz fish mix, bloom and there pesticides leaf cover. Also some mollasses. I will be putting my germinated seeds straight into my final pots, but I don't know how much water to start feeding with. It's my first ever grow so I'm here to learn :)

Welcome to the party @Andyauto, I'm just starting my first auto grow as well, used to grow OD yrs ago. My girl went straight into her final 5gal smart pot so we're both looking at big pot little seedling  From what I've read and know, a small circle around the seedling should do. They're quite sensitive at this stage so you don't want to over water. Hope that makes sense, Cheers.

Amazing. I just put mine in their final pots a couple days ago. I feel like I might be watering to much. So might just hold back from watering. I'm really hoping they germinate. Good luck with your grow

I also germ my beans direct in soil...usually biobizz lite mix...
I water the soil well and deposit the seed bout half inch below the surface...then cover the container with saran wrap to create a moisture dome...then give it warmth and wait a few days.
A moisture meter or the old finger dig will help decide watering.
Just remember, your plant can handle a drought much better than a flood.

Automan2 thanks for the advice. I'm slightly worried as I'm on day four today and no sign of Fermi action yet. I haven't put a dome over my pots but they are in my green house, I suppose that would be OK In there

We've all had hiccups. There's a few specs we weed growers must follow and variables inevitably change, leaving us scratching our heads.
I seldom consider costs of seeds until I lose a few and that does occasionally happen. My recent failures ended up being ph issues even though I use well water which is typically around 6.5. Changing to distilled solved my issue and germ rates shot back up to 90%+ even on 5-6 yr old seeds!
Overwatering is prob the biggest mistake I've noted among those who begin to cultivate da herb.
Making sure your medium has good drainage is important.

It's my first grow so I'm just going to be learning through this one. And hopefully overtime I can master the art of growing. I will take your advice :) I am watering my plants with rain water and I'm not going to ph anything as a lot of people have grow with out ph water

Also I added a layer of perlite at the bottom of my pots for extra drainage before I started so hopefully this helps with drainage
