New Grower First Auto Grow

Hello everyone,
First time doing a journal and first time growing autos.
I got some Northern Lights going along with a couple MOB photos for the summer.
There all in a 3'9" x3'9" x6'6" tent under a 1000 watt HP's in a raptor air cooled hood.

Day 36
Ok I have 5 NL going. Three seem to be doing well. The other two are at complete different spectrums. One is the runt of the litter, when it came up it didn't get rid of the shell for 8 days and I had to take it off. When I did the leaves were stuck together. I left it for 7 days then cut them apart with my pocket knife. Its been slow going ever since the start.
The next one was my bad. I put it in a small pot to start... It got to big for it and me knowing better and proceeding any repotted it. Apparently that shocked the hell out of it stunted it and sent it into budding.

Sorry to hear of the few mishaps... let this be a great learning experience for the future. Good luck with the rest of your grow and you will also get more feedback if you post some pics of the girls.

I'll try to get some pics up. I have an album on here but it will take me some time to figure it all out. Thanks for the response. I think I'm suffering from bud envy. All the plants I'm seeing on here are looking way better than what mine will be.

Ok quick update,
I been trying to fix the pH. Can't quite get it. The blotchy necrosis looking stuff isn't getting worse so I must be getting close.
Everything is still growing good.one question I have is...
If there's not to much heat how close is too close to the light?
Right now on the tallest plant I'm at 7" is it too close?

Ok I was wrong. I haven't fixed the pH. The three bigger plants are all yellowing from the bottom up. I'm giving them ph'd feed at 7.9 and the run off is coming out at 6.2. That's not right is it? That would put the soil in the upper 5's? How do I fix this??

The pics don't look too bad.
Definitely a bit too close @ 7" to a 1000w hps.
The serrated edges of the leaves sticking up usually means too much direct fan or too hot.
The bigger fan leaves will die off sooner espe4cially when it is hot in your cabinet.
If you need to, you can always supercrop the tall plant.
Basically, pick the spot on the trunk/branch that you want to bend the plant at, gently squeeze that place going all around the branch for roughly an inch.
This will soften the branch so that it bends rather than snaps.
If it does break, don't dispair, just use medical or duct tape to hold the branch tight.
Feel free to ask more questions.

I think your soil ph is good.
Waira or oldster might comment on that as they are accustomed to soil grows.

Hey Grey Bear thanks for the input. This is really kickin my ass check out these pics and tell me what you think... And the issue with the light isn't really an issue the plants are on tables just so I don't have to move the light it's kinda of a tight fit
