Indoor First Auto Grow Pro Mix VS FFO & Collodial Silver test run

big bud and bud candy works well.....I use the whole advanced line but also use 3 part flora series and I use big bud and bud candy with them also and some use bud blood... their bloom enhancers are not that pricey, and I notice a lot of oils and trics using them...

Anyone have any recommendations for sum bloom boosters. I'm currently using GH 3 part Grow, micro, bloom. I've also have a 1000w HPS in my garage but not sure if I can use it in so small a space, with my height restriction and small space kind of worried. I was maybe thinking of hanging the light vertically and then circling the girls around the light that way I can control the distance away from the light anyone ever try this method? Appreciate any thoughts on this idea.
Cheers

If you hang your light vert. be careful because not all bulbs are ok to use vertical i believe.... someone correct me if I'm wrong but I am almost 99.9% sure let me know what bulb you have and i will find out for you if you like....

the bulb is universal :) I just don't know if I can get away with it I may have to hook it up for a test run lol

I may have to give them a go depending how much they are tight budget, I live in Canada and Nuets are expensive up here specially in small cities where there is only one place to go for them, I was also thinking the other day if you can use natural sugars as supplements, wonder if anyone has tried pure maple syrup instead of molasses I may have to test that out too.

Interested to see which soil works best for you been wondering the same thing myself:toke:

Hi ochocinco,
It looks like the winner is going to be pro mix straight up, straight FFO stunted the plants. I've started three more beans in a 50/50 mix of both promix and ffo. Will be posting new pics shortly you can see the difference. I was talking to the local Hydro guy and he told me a good mix would be 4 parts ProMix to 1 part FFO, I'm going to try that mix out after this run is done and see how it makes out.

32 Days in 1000w HPS added

Olla fellow AFN Blades,
I added in the 1000w HPS today and have major heat issues, I'm going to get a tube to put it in and hope it works or I'm out 100.00 :(. My room temp has gone from a nice 74* to 89-90* I know this has to be way to hot for productive growth, and proper neut absorption. I do have a small fan running in the room and my 4" carbon exhaust but its not enough. If anyone has had similar issues let me know how much the cool tube reduced the temps.:confused:I'm going to be really pissed if I buy the cool tube and temps are still to high.
This is there last watering of a veg neut switching to bloom next watering as I think they have pretty much stalled in vertical growth or am I switching to early.

Anyways enjoy the pics and send me some cool karma .

I checked my lights at 1hr, and now at 3hrs after putting it in and temps has gone down to 88* if I can keep it steady at the 88* I think it should be ok. anyone with more experience please kick in with advice. I'm kind of concerned dont want to kill anyone. It is making a huge difference with light penetration through it.

:karma:Sending karma your way dude. Sounds like the tube is working for you, hopefully they drop a little more I think 75-85 is the sweet spot but I could be wrong so if I am some one please correct me

I haven't installed the tube yet I think my crawl space is just getting acclimatized to the new output of heat and evening out. I'll keep you posted in a few hours after the kiddies go to bed and I can get back in my room. fingers crossed, not alot of coin to be shelling out at the moment for the tube.
