Harvest & Curing Faulty zippers?

Anyone else had issues with the zippers coming lose? Ordered my bags back in May. My 1/4lb bags seem fine so far. 2 of my 1oz bags that I have reopened (only 2 that I have reopened so far) the zippers pulled lose from the bag

Or maybe it's my big ass thumbs. If I open them carefully, making sure I grab the zipper edge itself then pull, rather than pulling on the bag flap, they open fine. Lol

Just some feedback with Grovebags. I have purchased 1 ounce bags a couple times now. The zippers have pulled away from the bags after opening the bags approximately 6 to 10 times. I still like them for all their many benefits and will continue to use them for long term storage, but not for everday use.
Further, their shipping rates are expensive-for 20 --1 ounce bags came to almost $19.00 US.

Have had similar experiences. 1/4 lb bags are fine, no issues at all. But so far half of my 1oz bags the zipper rips. At that point I just heat seal them but even then I only get a few uses compared to the zip. Still love them though.

Yes, they are expensive and expensive ship and then you pay for boxing. I will use it for storage and heat seal but I don't know if I will buy them again. I will stick to the bags I was using before.

Also had an issue with ziplocks on brand new Grove Bags... contacted the company & they weren't interested. No offer to replace bags etc.

No big deal, I bought myself some Ball Jars.

There's a rep here! PM him. How long ago did you purchase these bags?
There was a time that this was an issue with mine, I think the same time this was started. They made mine right and sent me replacements.
I hope this has been resolved. I just bought a bunch

I bought my first bags at a store quite a drive away from me. Got home, realized the issue. Contacted Grove directly. Grove rep said "deal with the store who sold it to you". Well I'm busy caring for a cancer patient who just out of surgery so.. anyways it's no big deal. I'm not going to build a mountain out of a molehill.
