Purple lemonade officially joins the family today !!! Day 1 above ground

Lemon Pie keeps on trucking. I topped her on day 25 and there is no slowing her down now. Normally I don't top so late and on such a small plant. But I don't see any signs of her showing sex yet so I'm going to keep on believing in her and hopefully she rewards me.

2 days since her last update and a ton of growth. Day 26

and last but not least the Gorilla Cookies. I normally don't update so often but I've been pretty happy with how they progressed this week. I'm not going to lie,, I was a little bummed out around day 15 with how things were looking. But they are all moving now and spirits are up. I think it's going to be awhile yet before she starts pushing flowers. Day 26

I've run into my first battle with Thrips. I noticed it pretty early on around day 10 or so. I've only actually seen a few of the lil bastards in my eye spy so I think I've kept the population low, but I still see signs on my plant so I don't think I've eliminated the bastards. I've been using Doktor doom thrip killer and safers end all. I may end up using some sort of fogger in the tent next week as soon as my last flowering plant comes down.

hello my old friend how you doing I've just started3 fastbuds myself just popped in the root riots lemonpie purple lemonade and strawberry pie so i will follow along with your I've also got a smoothie now at close to week 9 in a 2 litre bottle

Hey Tom, good to see ya. You always have a spot saved in my grow room. I've been watching your smoothie grow and it looks amazing. I see you got taken in by the pie strains as well with some lemonade to wash it down ! I don't smoke cannabis but I've spent years smoking nicotine/cigars, so I appreciate a good smoke and the pie strains on their IG and webpage are looking pretty damn tasty. I'll be trying some sample puffs for sure. Someone pls just make sure to pick me up off the floor after. I sampled some of the Purple lemonade solo cup grow and beyond a doubt the best tasting so far that I've ever grown. The wife really loves the smoothie but it didn't nail it for me with flavors the same way the lemonade did.

Hey Heather, thanks for stopping by. Here in Canada we can only grow 4 plants, 3 of my 4 are fastbuds. So you guys must be doing something right over there !

Day 47 for the Gorilla Cookies. I like how her buds are stacking up. I'm thinking she's going to make for a pretty decent harvest.

Since the last update the Lemon Pie and I have been fighting. I think I may have messed up with her PH and she's really letting me know about it.

Day 22 for the Purple Lemonade. Things are looking pretty well so far with her giagreen in Coco Coir. I'm still watering around 6.1 to 6.3 ph and no runoff. As you can see my LST skills are a little ummm lacking. This is why I normally top plants... so much easier. I've been spraying one of the lower branches now with CS for about a week.

you can get a medical license that allows you to grow more plants.. the free way takes awhile or you can pay like i did and have one in about a month. that would make alot more sense for the wifes needs imo. loving the grow and pics!

Hey Like2learn, welcome to my lil grow corner. The wife and I discussed it a couple years back and ultimately decided against it. I didn't like the idea that it could open us up to inspections. From what I understand it's pretty rare for them to check but it happens. And I'm ok with being compliant with plant counts ect, but I may have overlooked a permit or two that I've been planning to get for the framing and insulating my basement lol. A few more plants would sure be nice sometimes, but for the most part 4 is enough just for the wife if we just stick with autos and not have to worry about clones and stuff with photo's. However, there has been some mistakes along the way and I've been forced to swallow my pride a time or 2 and pay for some weed. The price of "black market" weed has sure tanked here in Canada.
