Fast Buds Fastbuds Tent Takeover

Just finished drying the Zkittles. She came in just over 3 ounces. Stuck her in some jars to cure.

Hey there, @MesaBoogie. Awesome job on that Smoothie. That yield is truly impressive, especially for a single COB. How do you like the smoke? And what did you use for a nutrient program?

I grew my first Smoothie a year ago. It was a sponsored test courtesy of @Fast Buds Heather. I grow medically for my wife, and she absolutely loves the Smoothie. My yield was a "paltry" two ounces, but it was a wonderful two zips. We're just now consuming the last of it. Fortunately, I've still got two seeds left.
Cheers. :toke:

Hey Sky, all I used for this grow was mega crop 2.0 at about 3grams/gal (400ppm) and A.N Big Bud at 1/2 tsp/gal in a coco/perlite mix.

I grow medicinally for the wife as well. She said she finds the smoothie to really help her deal with her bursitis. We picked smoothie specifically for it's blueberry lineage as she finds blueberry and blue X's can work really well for her.

Our next grow will be the Lemon Pie Auto. The description on the fast bud site says "perfect for relieving physical pain while also staying active."
So we are pretty excited to try that one next and put it to the test !

@Fast Buds Heather I couldn't find any info on the Lemon Pie genetics. Is that something you can share with us or is that a secret recipe ? :crying:

Some Gorilla Cookies and lemon pie Chillin in the tent. Day 21

Gorilla Cookies topped 2 days ago

Lemon pie is struggling a bit, she's the same age as the Gorilla but as you can see hasn't really grown. When she sprouted the first 50% of the cotyledons were white and died a couple days later. I let her go though to see what happens. Definitely a lesson on how important those cotyledons are in the early stages.

Crazy growth in just 3 days since my last update. They are on day 24 now. It always seems like after you top them it just kicks them into high gear. The race for apical dominance.

Lemon Pie.. Who Needs Cotyledons ? !!!! Thankfully she's not showing any signs of sex yet, so I'm going to top her when she gets one more node.

Fastbuds have taken over my tent it seems. I just dropped another Purple Lemonade into a 0.8g air pot. Shit may go off the rails with this grow. I'm going to do a dry amendment grow in Coco Coir with Gia Green 444 and 284. I know what some of you may be thinking, and some of you might even be correct that you just cant do that with Coco. I'm using black gold CoCo coir. When I checked the initial run off it was 900 ppm out of the bag. So I gave it a good 10 min rinse though strait tap water followed up with a Cal/mag soak. I mixed in 2.5 Tbs 4-4-4 and 1 Tbs 2-8-4 and about 40% perlite. I'll be adjusting the PH to about 6.2 - 6.5 this grow instead of the typical 5.8 - 6.0 in coco. I am going to be doing a Reversal on this plant and self pollinating. I don't do it very often unless it's an exceptional strain, and the wife said we have to keep this one around for a long time. I'll be making up a batch of Colloidal Silver for the reversal, I'll post up some pics of the set up and a explanation if anyone is interested.

So here we go, day zero underground
