Grow Mediums f6 does what f6 does ;)

Hi mate, thanks for stopping by!

I'm not the greatest trimmer or trainer, when I grew photos I'd just be brutal with them, autos because they may stunt and run out of time I try and take it easy on them however they are very vigorous and robust these days.

I like to do from the bottom up, often taking out the first branches as they can be weaker and crowded out by the second branches that tend to be more fully formed.

I'll take from those second branches the first set of nodes on them as they will never fully mature so the internal structure gets penitrave light and use pipe cleaners to get a good spread.

It's probably my weakest point when it comes to growing, I have grown dozens of plants with just basic (and ham fisted) training.

This light and I suspect a few elements and my nutes are causing me some anxiety with stretch this grow.

I use Optic Foliar in veg which is a very good product, I don't use after around day 24 as it really gets them running away, also fish tank water is full of N up until the same time, seems to give them vigiour. The other thing is suspect it Floralichious which is 30% plant hormone..

Anhoo, scoping out why they are running away on me!

Thanks for that mate so I should be ok to go on day 37 ? Not bothered about stunting as I'm struggling with size anyway and did you mean you remove the full branches or jus defoliate them ? Sorry for all the questions bro , just looking for some guidance :peace:

Interesting, because as I was looking at the photos, I was thinking the same thing. Where is the ventilation? It looks a little cramp in there in terms of air flow.

They still look really nice though. Each grow is different. No real red flags yet. Let's see what happens when they hit full on flower.

Yes mate, I took out the first set of branches and then the first set of nodes on the second branches and any sets or sun leaves on those lower branches I felt weren't useful because they were hanging to low etc, day 37 is fine, do it as needed I guess!

There is a 4" intake and a 4" CF extraction, 2x vertical fan at the rear and now a pedestal fan hanging from the top and blowing directly on the canopy.

I Also keep the tent door unzipped at the bottom to allow some air in.

... Excellent plants man, that growth burst should have your bung boppin' some... -- how old are they? ....Are you using an Si product? ....great choices for strains! I have to catch up with Stone and get hooked up with summa dat CN- So many drool-spotting grows of that here!
I don't think the lights are a part of such growth anomalies F6, I see them in sunlight just as much,... a Lambsbread version I have is notorious for staggered nodes early on,... one did that "self-topping" thing as well,... made for an interesting 4-plant multi-pot (unintentional)- :eek1:.... here she is in the front center,... worked out well actually for spacing!.... gorgeous colors too.....
