She's 20 inches today and the HB is 25. This way of topping seems to make the plants stronger. I ran a Special Kush, a Cotton Candy and have Blue Kush almost ready for chop, and all of them were green as can be and strong growers
The leaves on the Rad are so green, they're almost blue. Effing beautiful, that's the color I like to see.
I simply topped a Blue Kush and she went yellow on me, same with the Critical Cheese. I think the method where you grow 5 nodes and cut it just above the third is the strongest way to go with photoperiod plants
I've only done it 4 times, but the results are amazing. I guess the stress makes them stronger? I don't know, but I do know people who swear by this method, I'm sold on it
