I think I'm going to cut these above the third set of leaves and have 4 main nodes. They'll take 2 weeks to recover and develop, then into a 5 gallon and another week of veg, then 12/12 in the middle of october, when I chop one of my Blue Kush

I've done this before and they develop into 4 main colas, what they call "Donkey dicks"


I did it to one of the BK and got 6 tops, 2 of them will be 18 inch colas

This will be cool.

BTW I have no idea which is which in this pic, but the Rad is still a little ahead of the headband. I think they'll both kick ass with this topping method

cut them to where there will be 6 main nodes you will have plenty of colas thereafter

I actually did, but cut the lowest ones because they looked weak. Now, it has 4 nodes and holy moly, both plants are doing well. I can see the Rad will be shorter, but it's bushing up in the right places.

The Rad will go into 12/12 around Oct 7 and the headband, Oct 17 when I cut one of my Blue Kush

Just cut the lower nodes off both plants. It will slow them down and concentrate the hormones on the two, making two huge colas. Did this with a Special Kush and it was beautiful

If I keep them in veg until October 7th, they'll both have vegged for over 6 weeks. They should both be monsters

She's the shorter of the two, but nothing to be ashamed of, the headband is a beast. Good strong plant, these are 1 1/2 days after getting some serious stress both kicking ass

Cut the lower nodes off each branch because they'll never get light. Looking great and about to hit her with some worm casting tea before transplanting to 5 gallon
