hi everyone, I’m a fairly new grower with this only being my 5th grow now. I appreciate any advice / feedback along the way.

I have 5 Electric Gelato seeds. I got them from some “exotic” flower I recently had. The bud was very nice and very potent. Only disappointment was finding 5 seeds in my oz. I was told the name is Electric Gelato (sativa) and it was grown indoors. That’s all the info I have on these seeds. I am in the process of setting up one of my other more official grows With some Autoflowering feminized seeds on the way. but in the mean time I thought I would germinate these and see what happens. surprisingly all 5 sprouted! I am using t5 lights. Below is my data so far!

06/13/2020
germinated all 5 seeds by folding in wet paper towel, placing into a sealed ziplock and then into my cabinet.

06/15/2020
All 5 seeds have popped open. I then placed them in self watering soil cubes.

06/18/2020
Got back from short vacation to find all 5 have sprouted. Some doing better than others! I named them plant A, B, C, D & E. Below are their sizes:
A) 1 1/2in. B) 3/4in. C) 1 1/2in. D) 3/4in. E) 1/2in.

06/19/2020
They Had a mini Growth spurt over night. Below are their sizes:
A) 2in. B) 1in. C) 1 7/8in. D) 1 1/2in. E) 1in.

I look forward to seeing what these do and even more excited for the official grow coming soon which I will also be posting. Stay zoned!

I have an indoor set up in progress and hope to be ready for these babies ASAP. I appreciate any advice along the way

06/22/2020 UPDATE:

Some seem to grow a good amount over night while others have slowed to a stop.
I have found plant B is having yellowish leaves. And plant C has a couple spots on it. (Pictures below) Any advise on what this could be? I moved my lights from 10” up to 18” thinking it was light burn.
And plant E I don’t think is gonna make it. Here are the new measurements:
A) 2 3/4in B) 1 1/2in C) 3in D) 2 1/4in E) 2in

Update 6/26/2020
Update 6/26/2020

today I transplanted them into 2gallon Pots. I used Fox Farms coco loco soil. Below are their pre-transplant measurements:

A) 3in B) 1 3/4in C) 3 1/4in D) 2 1/2in E) 2 1/2in

can anyone recommend some nutrients or additives I should consider? It’s been a while since my last grow so I’m a little rusty. Thank you in advance

6/29 UPDATE:
I moved the plants under a 1500w dimgogo LED at 24 inches away. Being told these are indoor and possibly Autoflowering, I am currently running the light 24h/day. I may change my light cycle soon if they don’t look to be autos. Any advise? Below are their new measurements. EG-E was falling over so I used a chopstick to hold it up.

A) 3 1/4in B) 2 1/2in C) 4 1/4in D) 2 7/8in E) 2 3/4in

07/06 UPDATE

Plants are doing great. Couple of them have some deformities (curling and mis shaped leaves) but others are looking great and starting to smell strong! No signs of male/female yet. Watching closely

NEED HELP
So only 3 survived and they’re barely hanging on. Can anyone tell me what’s going on? Soil ph is 6.5 water run off is 7.0 they’re each under a 1200w led. Temps are between 70F-80F I’ve been feeding Big Bud nutes per directions on bottle. They started yellowing and crumbling up about 4 weeks ago (before I started nutes). I transitioned the lights to 12/12 and they seem to be flowering alright. What’s going on and what do I need to get to save them?! Thanks in advance

Looks to be some major lockout going on, and if it started before you gave them nutrients I would say the soil ph is what’s causing you issues. How are you testing your soils ph?

Edit: I looked up coco loco because I wasn’t sure what it exactly was, and if it is composed of mostly coco coir, then I would be feeding it in the ph range of 5.7-6.0.

Thank you! I’ll try lowering the ph during feeding. For testing soil ph I use the rapitest device. (Picture attached) and for my runoff water / feeding water I use a glass vial and add few drops of this testing solution and match it with a color from the color chart on the bottle.
