I’m having trouble uploading photos from my new phone. The pictures are too large.

I’m hoping to get some advice. I’ve grown for a few years now and have only ever wet trimmed and dried in brown paper bags. It’s worked great so far, but I’m thinking about hang drying the Northern Blue lights. The tent would be empty while I reamend my soil and let it cook for a couple weeks before the next run.

I’ll be keeping the tent as close to 60/60 as possible. My question is would it be better to hang the whole plant or split it up a bit and hang branches?

Need to change your setting in your camera on the phone what phone are you using?

I prefer to hang whole if space allows but that also depends how big and thick the plant is. Sometimes I do break them and spread them out most the time I hang whole in a small tent for drying with exhaust fan on low speed 2-3

I just got the iPhone 16. I’ll have to play with the settings a little more.

Thanks for the drying tips, it’ll be the only plant drying in a 5x5, so plenty of room
I will cut it down in the next day or two and hang the whole sucker up

I use iPhone 14 there was someone in LS the other day having issue's like your saying and switched a setting from 24mb to 12mb and they started working.

Just harvested the SOS. Super frosty but lots of foxtails. I let it go a lot longer than I usually do to make it even more couch locking. Very sticky and it was hard to pinpoint the smell. The only way I could describe it is an astringent pink lemonade. Smells crazy good.

Also switching my camera from 24mp to 12mp worked so thanks again @Lil Dab

Just a wee little SOS

It was basically dripping resin. You can see the goop of resin on the bottom of the bud. I’ve seen this on other people‘s plants, but this is a first for me. It wasn’t just this bud. It was happening on multiple buds.

I’ll be cutting and hanging the northern blue lights to dry in the tent tomorrow. Thanks for stopping by.

Partially harvested the SODK last night. Will finish the rest today hopefully. Smells of sweet orangie fuel. I was hoping it would have a bit more diesel in the profile, but this pheno is on the sweeter side. Very sticky and has some density. Had to clean the scissors often. Mephisto never disappoints.

Thanks @KingRatt im excited to try it out soon. I think I’ll run the Sawneys Blue Moon next. Cross of the SOS and Northern Blue lights I believe.

As soon as I cut down and hung the northern blue lights, my dehumidifier stops working. Luckily my garage is sitting around 65% humidity. The tent didn’t get higher than 63%. I cut like half of it off to toss in paper bags. I don’t want to lose this plant. But I think I can keep the humidity around 62% so I wanted to leave some of it hanging up. It’s big frosty dense and smells amazing. Very nice golf ball size nugs.

Purple star CBD. 50g total including trim. Some purple and orange amazingness. Smells like chemical starbursts still.

SODK, super frosty and smells faint right now. But definitely orange diesel. 52g of quality bud and 34g of trim
