so it's been flowering for 4 weeks now and I checked th ph yesterday and it was like in the 4s. Added some tap water and some Ph up got it to 6.0. This morning I checked again and it's back down to 4ish . I don't know what's going on. I am using a dwc with general hydro nutes and king 1000w light. View media item 14165

@808ganja is ppm/ec rising or falling?
If you dont have a meter i would assumr the plant is drinking more water than it is uptaking nutes- this makes the res more acidic.
So top up with ph water or make a fresh res with a weaker feed.

Also as @indoorpro mentioned always good to check your roots.
Especially if you arent running hydroguard or sm-90 in the res

The roots are a light brown whitish color. I'm been using h202 about 3ml a gallon so they look healthy

I have the hydro guard but I used it then my roots turn to shit so I stop and used h202

Also I don't have a ppm meter

Plant looks very healthy! Which GH nutrients are you using, and how much per gallon? How about humidity in the tent?
Over feeding is possible, as is root rot. That said, I almost always get a bit of PH drop late in bloom in hydro, just not down to 4, and not this early. That's a bit concerning.
I've tried Hygrozyme (now called Igrowslime, as that's all it did for me.) Peroxide works ok, but all I use now is a couple drops of bleach per gallon, or 1ml per 10 gal.
You will hear people scream, moan, and throw fits over it sometimes, but it works great, and is dirt cheap. It's actually a micro nutrient.
Currently running at 2 drops per gallon: IMG_20180311_184609196.jpg

From my old co2 sealed cab in 2013. 1 ml per 10 gal in RDWC. Bone white roots under there!

The more details you can throw at us, the better we can help.

Well my bucket is only 3 1/2 gallons and I've need topping off with a gallon and I mix in 1 mil cal mag 2 mil micro and 3 mil bloom every time for about 2 weeks. It takes about 2 days before I need to add . The roots look cherry still. I'm using general hydro flora seria

I going to res change it and see what happens. What's the typical mil I should be adding cuz I don't have a ppm meter.

Wish I had a magic fix for ya, but the plant looks like a extremely healthy, stretchy Sativa. I'm gonna go with keep feeding her exactly what you are now. If you added 1ml more Bloom, you'd be at 0-2-4, the Lucas ratio, but at a very low dose. Other than that, keep an eye and your nose on those roots. The best explanation of healthy root smell I have heard is "fresh salad". No Blue Cheese dressing, please! They should be very white, especially at the low nutrient level you are running.
Maybe somebody will chime in with something better, but, given how good the plant looks, why mess with success, unless you have to!
Regards, Kyle
