Mephisto Genetics DWC Orange Biscuits (NEW TESTERS) (2 tents, 2 plants)

Sweet, sounds like you have your setup dialled in :pass: I've been using these little aquarium pumps, Rosewood Nano's, completely silent and great air flow. Just wanted to pop the recommendation out there :smokeout:
I'll have to check them out. I almost went with 6 small pumps evenly spread around the tank but wondered if that was too much air, when i have the ability i want to machine my own air delivery line versus air disks/stones

They're really good. They do a 30l and a 60l one, I've bought a few of each but only used the smaller so far. I thought it might be interesting to run 2 of each on 3 strains for my upcoming scrog to see if the extra air makes a difference. I've already noticed a difference in root growth

How much solution does your res hold normally? Those are nice roots, they look good

These are only in 5l buckets and usually hold 4 litres. I didn't think and plonked those roots into the fresh 4 litre and slightly flooded the tent....again. Run 10l sometimes and will for the scrog. This one may go into a 10l soon too as feeding will be a ballache in flower when she gets there

When I had my first DWC plant (my tyrone special that netted me 125g in 60 days) I did that and spilled out a gallon of res water all over my tent inlay. Luckily it wasn't on the actual bottom of my tent floor.
Some day i want to run 5l buckets. But i just run larger ones because I know I will get nice large plants and have a good harvest and it seem the theory of "autos want to be in their final pot" holds true with DWC too i think

Lucky you, and lucky I had towels on hand! I had one I had intended to chop as opposed to go 12/12. Just wasn't convenient at the time and she wasn't switching. I left her in the dark grow room with some light spill from the tent, in stagnant nutes, with no air. After 2 weeks she started looking better. After 3 though the roots looked dead so I potted up to 10l and added air and she actually made it now on 12/12. My natty looking beasty bush, resilient buggers :crying: :pass:

Does anyone have any firsthand experience with Orange Biscuits Illuminautos version that they can provide me some info like what kind of smell or smoke I'm in for? I am excited for it but want to know if I'm going to be needing to run carbon filters out of courtesy (i don't *need* to worry about them where I live now but I'd rather be nice to my neighbors and not have it smell a mile down the road). Does anyone have pictures of Orange Biscuits in coco or possibly even hydro. Even soil is cool. I haven't seen many and any experience would be nice. And what have you yielded off of it? No worries on having a low or high yield, it gives me a realistic goal in mind when i know if I should expect a bush or a tree, if i should snap the necks or let them grow tall.
Thanks everyone, enjoy and comment away with anything you see!
iv not seen a orange biscuits grown but iv seen lots of there orange diesel they tend to be on the bushy side of things dunno how the cookies cross will affect that and if they follow the orange diesel in smell you will certainly want a carbon filter running

I would say that looks pretty good and made it well. That looks to me like the roots were definitely outgrowing the pit like you said. The air pump couldn't give off enough air to keep it from drowning itself and suffocating. But what a beautiful plant!

I've grown SODK without a filter which is basically the slightly older version of orange diesel. I've also grown sour crack and every thing else so far without a filter. So if it's strong enough for a filter out here then damn that'll be nuts! Thank you for the info!

And to everyone who has subbed, thank you for subbing. I appreciate it

No no, I literally unplugged the air supply and left her to die with a view to chopping and binning her. It was only then she started to turn round, strange!
