Update day 70:

The buds begin to grow again afer the nutrient lockout I will chop the little one soon as i think shes ready.
I am really curious how much im gonna yeild

No telling on yield with that little jungle. I kind of hate it when they get so wild in a small space, it is why I had to get out of growing in cabinets.

One bad habit I had as an early grower was taking my plants down too soon and getting 'airy' buds. Yours already look better than anything I grew starting out! But I noticed you said the small one was airy, and I saw the pics.... Maybe you just took it a lil too soon. Most strains will get close to done and just sit there not doing anything for a week or so and you're thinking "that's it then?" but often out of nowhere the buds will get fatter one last time into their final ripening, it's worth waiting for. I use a magnifier to monitor trichomes but that's just one piece of information not the whole picture. Beautiful job here. I know your next grow will be pro.

great looking budz. as for the small nug's, if you have bubble bag's you can make bubble hash or use them for cooking if that's your thing. I just smoke them while I wait for the bigger one's to cure awhile.

Yesterday i harvested my other two ladys and they turned out great
I have a huge load of popcorn buds and trim, what would be the best method to get the most out of it with reasonable effort?

I make hash with mine.
Bubblebowls have been worth the price.
Place your herb in the top of stacked bowls for two minutes with a bit of dry ice.
Shake for a few minutes. Reap reward, put up bowls.
virtually no cleanup.
Much easier to use than bags in my opinion.
From those pics, you would have quite a bit of good keif hash, probably in the tens of grams.
