First find out what the "Ph" of the soil is by checking 500-700ml of fresh run off. Flushing with zero nute water Ph'ed at 6.5 @ 23c.
Flush is 6.5 going in run off is 5.8. half the difference (0.7) = 0.35. ADD 0.35 to run off ph to get soil ph, ie 5.8 + 0.32 = 6.15 a bit low.
Flush is 6.5 going in run off is 7.4. half the difference (0.9) = 0.45. DEDUCT 0.45 to run off ph to get soil ph, ie 7.4 - 0.45 = 6.95 a bit high. See below on how to adjust medium Ph
Then check the "Ec" of run off. The plagron contains coir, and is usually alkaline. And "Some" granular slow release nute. We need to keep in these ranges >>

The nercrosis is at the leaf edge, and only the lower leaves are affected, this suggests P&K lock out due to a Ph above 7, or lower than 5.5. The crispy brown leading edge is what tells me its PK lock. it is very difficult to lock out Nitrogen due to wide ph uptake ranges, as above. it could be Nute burn, but you would have to be feeding an Ec above 1.5. Which is unlickely due to age of seedling etc.
if acid run off ph 5.5-5.8 with high Ec 2.5 ? flush with a zero feed flush water @Ph 8 @23c (Post tap water conditioning) to drag up soil Ph. And flush down any high Ec reading in the flush water. that is indicated. Warm water with hot kettle before Ph'ing.
if alkaline flush water ph 7.4 ? (Run Off), above 7, flush down with zero nute flush water @23c using a flush of Ph 5.5 with "Nitric Acid".......... keep adjusting untill you get it (Flush water) back down to around 6.5. And an Ec of 1.0-0.9. You will be back in uptake range then. Will take 7-10 days for the "Dames" to show the results.
Then check run off with a flush every 10-15 days in case it moves of again. And keep run off Ec around 0.9, before re feeding commences.
Flush is acid use silica / silicone to bring up Ph, flushing with water 23c@Ph8
Flush is alkaline use nitric acid in flush water at 5.5-5.8 flush water ph, to drag down the "Buffer" salts in medium.
I now run feed Ec's around mid flower, no higher than 0.8-0.9, and plain warm water flush to run off, once in every 5-7 days of feeding low Ec's, keeps on top of 'Un_Used" NPK,or "Soft Mineral Rocks" !! make sure (Important) soil temp is not lower than 21c, temp affects Ph condition.
This is why cocco grows feed at Ph 5.8 to combat alkalinity in coir/cocco etc.... if its a component of a pre made mix, the same applies.
And is proof these pre made mediums are not checked for Ph content. You can do this with 500g of medium before use. flush it and check nute content with Ec meter, and ph of run off before using etc.
