Dutch Passion Dutch passion auto ultimate with dutch pro autoflower soil nutes

Hi Mikey. The chart you show is standard soil nutes. Top right on webpage is a star saying new autoflower nutes. Click on it and it takes you to autoflower nutes page with chart at bottom.

Okey dokey, trust me not to delve a little deeper into their site. I believe the advice you are getting about your pH issues is sound. I always aim for a soil pH of 6.2 (I use Plagron light mix and Bio-Bizz nutes) at the moment I'm having problems in the BAM Slam with my Wilma as my pH has dropped to 5.9. I'm not sure what to make of a supplier that believes 5.8 is optimal in soil!

If anyone is looking for a good pH meter with a probe can I recommend this?

I have been using this for 2 years, it is extremely accurate and does not need calibrating endlessly (I calibrate before the start of a grow) and is good for soil testing and fluids, the only downside is the glass probe is a little delicate (I have broken one!) but, there are replacement probes available.

Certainly looks the business. £60 on the link. Like the description. Says you can check pH of meats and cheese as well. Bonus. Lol

Dang it, Now i dont know which of the two to buy :dunno:

Week 8 (3) - day 50

Have been uping the ph of my nutrient solution untill it got to ph7. I have done this to try to increase the soil ph which had dropped to 5.3. This is due to me feeding at the wrong ph to start with. It has taken a couple of waterings with no change. However today when i measured the run off I calculated the soil ph to be 5.8. Still low but at least it has started to rise. I will continue feeding at ph 7 untill I get the soil ph up to about 6.5.
Some of the tips which have looked pale look like they might be going burnt so i fed todays watering at half strength.
The plant is now 101cm tall....... Looks like changing to bloom nutes early did nothing to slow growth.

Hells ya bro. Keep puttin in 7 and it will slowly rise. Keep doin whatcha doin. She no look bad to me.

At the end of this grow I will list the schedule I used. I'll also list how the nutrients affected the pH of my water.

Water pH = 8.1

Week -6 plain pH water
Week -5. Plain pH water
Week -4. 2ml grow a & b, 1ml take root, 2ml multi total, 0.5 cal mag = solution ph 6.9
Week -3 2ml grow a & b, 1ml take root, 0.5 cal mag = solution pH 6.9
Week -2 2.5ml grow a & b, 1ml take root, 2ml multi total, 0.5 cal mag = solution pH 6.6
Week -1 3ml grow a & b, 1ml take root, o.5 cal mag = solution pH 6.5?
Week 1. 2ml bloom a & b, 1ml take root, 1ml multi total, 0.5 cal mag = solution pH 6.9
Week 2 2ml bloom a & b, 0.2ml explode, 0.5 cal mag = solution pH 6.7

The above is from this and my other euforia grow.

Tempted to stop adjusting the pH altogether. If the soil pH drops through the grow perhaps these higher values would be better. Either that or just add one drop of pH down to bring it under 6.5............

is the ph solution the tea ph level or the soil or the run off ?
