New Grower Duckster's First Adventure

Not much excitement to report. Just watching the girls get bigger and bushier. You know what they say about watching the grass grow. lol:Sharing One:

Talula is at day 40. She has gotten very bushy but only about 7" tall. The LST has most of her growth going sideways. lol Got her spread eagled big time. Odd that I am not seeing any pistols yet. Every time I think that I see one, it turns out to be just another tiny leaf forming. Spoke to Nammy about this the other day. He has a GDP that is at day 50 that is not flowering yet. He said that he might cover her to simulate a 12-12 light schedule to kick start things. I will keep that as a last resort. Still have a 18-6 light schedule. Giving her veg nutes. Supposed to give her a good flush and switch to bloom nutes in a couple of days. I have a dual spectrum LED that is still on the veg spectrum. Not sure what I should do here. Should I hold off on flushing, switching nutes and/or switching the light spectrum? Or should I go ahead and flush, switch to bloom nutes, and/or light spectrum to try and force the issue? What say you AFN?

Sonya also doing well at day 23. She is also about 7" tall and also getting some bondage, but not as drastic as her sister. She doesn't seem as flexible as her sister so a little concerned about breaking that crazy thick main stem. Got a little over zealous with her bondage the other day and ripped off 3 segments of a five segment fan leaf. She didn't seem to mind it though. No pistols showing up on this one either.

As always, tips, comments, questions, and of course comic relief are always welcomed. Will follow up in a couple day with pics. Stay medicated my friends

Forgot to mention that I raised the light to 15" to try and get them to stretch some

Day 42 for Talula. She's finally showing a few tiny white hairs poking out of the horns. Will post pictures and do a proper update after the camera battery recharges. I'm thinking I'll give her 2-3 more days of veg. Then I'll give her a good flush and start the bloom nutes. But won't switch the light to the bloom spectrum until Sonya is ready. My thoughts anyways. Lets hear from the experts. What say you AFN?

I'd turn on the bloom spec and wait a week to make sure they got all the vert growth done before the bloom nutes. I keep messing this part up and start too soon with the bloom nutes.just my .02 cents

I totally agree with Elsamurai bro....go ahead and switch the light into bloom. To be honest last round I hit my ladies with both barrels the entire grow and it turned out great. And I would also wait a bit b4 going with bloom Nutes. . Sounds like your ladies are probably gonna stretch a bit still so I would hold off for just a bit.
Can't wait for your bondage pix later...

Howdy Ducky..I had a SnowRyder that had a hard time to flower and still does..About a week ago I took and put her in a dark closet for 24 hours.It helped,but still didn't do the trick..So today back into the closet for her..Bad Gal..Shes almost 8 weeks old now.Her sis is finishing up..I wander just how long she will live..LOL..Thought about grinding her up try some vapor oil..Wink..

Day 42 for Talula & Day 25 for Sonya. Both girls continue to bush out nicely. Bondage continues but I'm running out of tie down spots on Talula. Soon my minions will be lost amongst the foliage. Talula Sonya
Talula is starting to show a few pistols. Bout feckin time eh. Will hold her on veg nutes for another week, then give her a flush, and switch her to bloom nutes. Talula is supposed to be a 70-75 finisher but I'm thinking 80-90. Sonya is supposed to be a 65-70. If she goes 70-75, they will finish about the same time.

New 3 gal airpots came today. Planning on doing three smaller plants in them on the next go. Was thinking 1 Thunder Bloody Mary(35-60cm), 1 AK-47(30-75cm), and another Trans Siberian(30-80).
