My trim was dry when I did mine. I put enough trim into a jar to fill it about halfway up. I put the jar of trim in the freezer and the bottle of 91% ISO in the freezer also. After about 4 to 5 hours after, I would take it out. Pour enough ISO to submerge the trim, but don't fill it all the way up to the top of the jar. Let it sit in the jar for 30 seconds, then for another 30 seconds shake the shit out of it, like your life depending on it. HAHA make sure the top is on the jar tight when you start shaking. LOL. Then I put a coffee filter inside a strainer, and pour away into a pyrex glass baking dish. Once all the goodness is in the glass dish, set it somewhere where there is good ventilation and wait a couple days for the ISO to evaporate. Then scrap away with a razor blade and enjoy. Hope at least some of that made sense.:group:. if I left anything out, I am sure Rob will come thru and add or correct me a bit. That's how I do it

EDIT: When you have emptied to contents into the glass pan and everything ran through the coffee filter, I put that soaked trim into another coffee filter and squeeze all the trim to get the rest of the liquid out. Gently though, or the coffee filter will rip and plant matter will get into your dish. That's what happened on my first run.

No, I haven't, not yet Im still very new at making hash.

I did see in Vira link, that he did it twice though, least I think that is what he was doing towards the end

Thanks for the help and advice dudes .Im struggling to work out where to get an "oil rig". .. A bit confused, could you make one from a water bong by adding the right bowl-glass/titanium ect,or do you need to get an oil rig ?. Ive looked on some very cool glass sites but nothing comes up when I search "oil rig" & theres so many I dont want to get a bong that wont "dab" ... sorry for the noob Q's lads .:group:

I watched some dude dabbing Stylez ... on you-tube ,it looks like it's going to mess you up 1st hit so im thinking of getting one of these "oil rigs" & trying it .The equipment is not cheap but I want to learn these cool new ways to smoke . Im planning on giving up tobacco so need lots of weed smoking accessories to compensate . The 1st mission will be keeping enough weed till the next lot is ready & smoking pure blunts instead of tobacco .... heres what Im after looks like a standard bong with a dabbing bowl attached
