I got my ghetto charcuterie board or should I say Styrofoam plate lol any way its all the good stuff.

most of whats on my plate came from trader Joe's my ghetto charcuterie board would not be complete with out wine

so to take it to the next level I have a bottle of Ruggero Di Bardo Susumaniello Puglia 2017 red wine that I will drinking out of a red solo cup

cant forget a super fat ass 2.5 gram Joint to make you feel like a boss

I had to open the wine with a drill and a wood screw no fancy schmancy wine bottle opener that would ruin my well executed vibe

this is how I am eating my fancy snack plate little bit of everything on a cucumber slice

you could use fancy crackers which I have but I plan to eat some tj's Jaipur vegetables stew later with the corn on the cob I was cooking got to keep up with my diet

here is a list of what on my plate

Columbus reduced sodium Italian dry salame

Swiss cheese

blueberry goat cheese

marinated olives duo with lemon and herbs

sliced cucumber

Oh and this is some funny shit right here:crying:

I have some left over "Tea" smoked chicken so I am going to make stir-fry tonight.

Looks healthy and good at the same time. How did you keep that in the pan and not on the stove? Lol.

I've been working on acquiring a good set of authentic and takeout style Asian spices and sauces. And then a good carbon wok, like a Joyce Chen. My favorite of the spices at the moment is this Kikkoman Thai Style Chili Sauce, which is absolutely great blended with a dot of Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce (same brand as Sriracha). Flavor for days guys.

I had an accident a week ago and broke my trusty Motorola phone screen. I am a little anal about my phone so it was like getting kicked in the guts.

Still on the fence about what to do...get something new, get this exact same phone New Old Stock from Amazon, or get a screen repair kit and a new battery and fix this. Decisions decisions.

Needless to say, I haven't been stoked to do anything involving my phone, which AFN falls under. That is all. Help keep this thread alive guys.

Whipped up a little breakfast Sunday morning and just getting to post it up here for y’all. Figured I’d post both plates to show consistency :d5: We have an onion and mushroom omelette with two slices of provolone. Sour dough toast and good ole sausage links. Miss Sparky sampled the toast right off!! This right here hit the spot!!!

Oh and wish I took more pics of my dinner at Man of Kent in Hoosick Falls NY. Amazing food guys!!! I had a Johnny B burger. This thing was stacked topped with an over easy egg!! Sucks I didn’t think of a pic but I did get this little gem!! Rare seared Tuna with Sesame seeds and a great chutney and sauce.

I have a good carbon steel wok but I don't use it very often as I can get a good result from a skillet for small meals. Keeping it in the pan is all in the wrist. Trust me I spilled plenty over the years perfecting the flip :haha:.
