Tonight I made smoked lemon pepper chicken...even got a few pics.

I cut the back out of the chicken and flattened it out (this is called spatchcock)....seasoned well with some lemon pepper I got locally

I prepared the weber for indirect cooking and threw the bird on with some smoke pellets..this is the finished product

I did some tinfoil brussel:pass: sprouts with onions for the side...forgot to take pictures though.

They honestly remind me of some big city street food...like the knishes and other assorted savory pastries the European crowd sells in their deli's and artisan bakeries in NYC. I want one. It's like a Hot Pocket...but good.
 
Traffic, traffic and more traffic!!!! 495 and 93 can kiss it:cuss: Rant over! Spent a little time in Beverly and today hit the famous Nicks Roast Beef shoppe and got the lg 3 way RB sammich!! With tasty fries!!
Cheese, BBQ sauce and mayo!!! Spent over 1c note there. Ouchy but totally worth it.
fucking delish!!!! I coulda gone for more but woulda ended up in a food coma:crying:
Next time I come down going to hit Kings Roast Beef in Salem and compare the 2.

Also hit a junk shop Down there and found this little gem I had once owned on 8 track when I was bout 14 lol!! Still had the lyric booklet inside and vinyl is super clean!!
