We all got a good laugh at that buddy.

I had that freaking funeral today. It was crowded, and his parents did it inside their house, which was kinda weird. I have a feeling that you guys know more just from my last posts since 'the incident'...both about him as a friend and what happened that night with that fucking assault rifle and that bitch. It felt kinda non genuine. Out of 50 or more people, like 6 were "his people"...a lot of the people were just his sister's husband's parent's friends. Yeah, THAT'S a meaningful relationship. 33w My mom went, but she loved him. Other than that it was okay. Hot though. WAY too many people. I had to help some crazy lady that had 8 kids...her kids all made "Convienant Sweet Movie Snacks" and wanted people to judge their deserts in 3 categories with a Max score of 10 in each. Looks, Taste, and Does it Movie? I wasn't very impressed with 7/10 of them, but this crazy candy popcorn stuff was amazing and it nailed the theme perfect. It wasn't the most interesting to look at, but I gave it a 9 for taste and a 10 for the movie category so it was the clear winner. The kids weren't there, but they had score cards printed up, so it was legit. I would rather just have him over for dinner tomorrow and that contest to never have happened.


Alrighty now kids, now that I got that out the way....

I have read every single post on this thread for the past year or more and I'm still scratching my head...lol. Did someone try to make a recipe from here? And it went South? Do tell.

It has been about 7 years since I have eaten beef. When I did we used to make a BBQ-ed Corned Beef Biscuit for St. Patty's Day. It was my wife's response to a boiled diner served far to often that she grew to dislike as a child. I wish I could find the recipe. It was a winner! I will query her tomorrow to see if she has it written down somewhere.
