thanks for your reply....do you think this will be a problem when i have to flush the plants before harvest...maybe there could be nutes still in the soil????
flushing it will only release more nutes. you cant flush pre nuted soil

I am able to flush out my soil and i amend it with nutes before i plant the seedlings in it.. Now if you are refering to chemical nutes that are in something like MG products you are right as they have time release agents in them for the chemical nutes. Organics can be flushed out of soil very easily as this is the method of growing i use.

Dr. Auto, my Himalaya Blue Diesel and Afgan Kush Ryder have both hermied and I'm not surprised being my first grow and them getting flushed and tortured from my rookie mistakes. Now what? Can I at least cross them and get viable HBDxAKR female seeds? I popped a few of them off to show pictures and will upload today. Thank you in advance.

Edit: I also have a Short Stuff Onyx in there thats under a week old. Can it be hermied or turned male because of the others?

Hi Dr Autoflower,
Just a quick question it's my first time doing an autogrow in Bio Bizz Allmix, the last were in a potting seedling mix from the local grow shop. I've been wanting to experiment straight into the allmix as saw so many success stories plus with being an auto i need to of course start in the pot i finish in as i have learnt first hand what transplanting autos can do as i stunted my Easy Ryders, and had to pull the plug!! At the moment i have Supersonic Cristal Storm Auto (Lowryder + Black Domina) on the go and i'm doing a journal as ive only seen one journal on this strain on rollitup, so i want to document it myself! Because the allmix is loaded for a few weeks with food, by the time it's ready to feed the little lady would have started flowering, so would you go straight to the bloom? As I've noticed difference of opinions on this with autos in Hot soils, some even use both, which I think is madness as the bloom has a higher percentage of N, P, and K with the ones I'm using? Also if you or anyone you know had the experience of using Bio Bizz Allmix how many weeks food does it have as it doesn't say an so many people say different? The grow shop said about 4, but I'm guessing I'd need to read the plant but by the time she starts showing me I could of started the intro with the quarter strength, then half etc!
Many thanks Dr Autoflower,
Peace Out, Wez

so how can i flush my plants before harvest??

it depends on the soil that they are in. Most soils are not as light as what i use so water pass through may be an issue. If the soil is light a flush is easy to do, and you can do it rather fast.

What i do is 2 to 2.5 weeks before harvest i start using clear water only to rid the salts and other buildups in the soil for fresh burning buds. If it is in a gallon container then each time you water use a gallon of water to flush, if its in a 2 gal pot use 2 gal to flush and so on and so forth. The reason that this is not effective in soil like MG and others that contain time release nutes is because the water activates time release. If you ever have looked through the soil in a MG bag there are little balls in there, these are the time release agents. These are what let go of food into the soil and burn the piss out of your plants. So watering to flush in something like this will only add insult to injury. but if it is organic you can flush it out. If the leaves start turning it means she is eating her self and stored energy as there is nothing left in the soil.

im using bio bizz all mix...this has me very worried now...so basically i cant ever flush them at all...
how do i know if its time released or organic??

Can you recommed anything to make buds taste better if flushing(leaching) is not possible?
Also is there even a need to flush organic siol?
