@Skunkmunky,

You can flush just fine with Biobizz. What FD is saying is his soil mix is so light it's easier to flush. You can flush any growing medium unless you're growing fossils in clay. BioBizz is a great soil, what I'd do is mix it with some perlite to lighten it up and make flushing easier. People often do the same with FFOF. I'd recommend getting a Yucca extract product to flush with pre-harvest. It clears the soil in a natural way, (much like Clearex for hydro minus the chemical). Use it right after you last feeding, then flush - the flushing will occur MUCH faster. There won't be a multi watering waiting period, the yucca extract cleans up the soil and jump starts the flush. Great for premixed soils like BioBizz and FFOF.

@automaticshark,

Welcome to AFN! You should visit the introduction forum and introduce yourself! It's great to have new members sign up, the more active users we have the more experience and knowledge we can spread around and help autos really blossom.

Use a yucca extract product like Bushdoctor Sledgehammer if you can't flush (it's still pre-harvest correct? post harvest the only thing you can do is water cure, look in the curing section for bailers guide) and try to have at least one good JUST plain ol' water watering. Use a carb supplement, like molasses. It's good business for buffing up the buds and some tokers say taste. I personally taste a slight difference! Organic soil isn't necessarily the issue here for why you're flushing - are you adding nutes, at all? Also it lets the plant use up it's reserves as it has no food other than itself so it triggers the "TIME TO FINISH" part of photosynthesis.

Hey whatsgoodie thanks for the warm welcome,it is pre harvest and no nutrients have been added just whats in siol.Had my eye on mollasses but there are many types , what type would you recommend?

Then you're not going to need to flush, the plant will finish up as the soil does - the soil may not be enough to carry you from seedling to harvest though, in fact I can guarantee it's not. What kind of soil is it? Typically soils will last ~30 days or a week or so into the flowering period.

Blackstrap Molasses is best, "Blackstrap molasses is just one type of molasses, the dark liquid that is the byproduct of the process of refining sugar cane into table sugar. Blackstrap molasses is made from the third boiling of the sugar syrup and is therefore the concentrated byproduct left over after the sugar's sucrose has been crystallized."

Its Biobizz All Mix I have other organic nutrients but havent added them because Im in the same boat as skunkmunky some tips have minute yellowing on one or two tips of some leaves and dr auto has said not to add any more. How do I add this Blackstrap molases? Thanks whatsgoodie your input is apprietiated .

Sorry for the delayed reply man. Yeah, BB All Mix is much like FFOF as long as you don't nute early on, all those nutes will be used up by day 30, then you start feeding nutrients lightly. I recommend if the plant is hardy to start nutrients after 21 days at 1/4 dose and work your way up. That way you have a head start once the soil is all used up and won't be starting @ 1/4 dose @ day 30. What kind of nutes do you have?

Ahh no worries man ,I have bio bizz grow and bloom also Im going to get some blackstrap mollases.Im at day 41 now and the plant shows no sign of deficiency only minute yellow tips on a few leaves and thats been there since day 25.I had planned on using nutes at the start of flowering but I was told the tip thing ussually means the plant is maxed out with nutes and adding more would be bad and cause nute burn.
I have it in 5 gallon pot and use 240 watt led would this contribute to why there is still too much nutes in siol?

fem De Sjamaan Widow Ryder has anyone heard of this strain and any good reviews?
Type: Lowryder x White Widow
Indoor flowering: 45 - 50 days is this true or will it take 60-70?
Indoor yield: 150 gr/m2 is this true and what dose gr/m2 stand for?
Height: 90 - 120 cm this is 3-4 feet and is this close or way off?
and last i no every grow is going to be diff but im just looking for round about size,yield,flaver and straght thanks for the he;p ahead of time peace and pot stay high y'all

Have heard of that Widow ryder but havent grown it it should take 60 days +, also gr/m2 stands for grams per meter sqaured , 3 to 4 feet is roughly the correct size

Hey, so my plant is mid flowering, the buds are probably quarter to half an inch. However, the plant is still growing new buds. This is my first grow, but it seems to me with all these buds at different ages the plant would be ready to harvest before they are mature. The plant is about a foot and a half and has about 30 flower spots. Should I clip off the new ones so it focuses on the others? This thing is flowering like crazy but still grows like its veg.

Its under a fluorescent T5 with FFO soil 20/4 cycle, with a few veg nutes (no money for bloom). Its a white dwarf. Other than this the plant is super healthy and happy seeming.

Thanks
