Dutch Passion DP Think Different 4x4 tent 1000w MH/HPS DWC Giddy UP!!

Very nice set up bro! There must be a million ways to get there, but then again, in the grower's eyes there must be a kazillion. But us so called "pot heads" seem to be able to do a lot with an endless road of possibilities depending on current environmental conditions in said environments and succeed no matter what. And you my friend are no exception to the rule. Then again, you are an exemption to the current RULE! We the people for the people.

I'm working on it, learning as I go. I'll take some photo's tonight for a 1 week update. Ph was frigged up for first 5-6 days, ph meter shit the bed, so I got a new one coming, should be here tomorrow. Then It is game on. I got it pretty close now with a ph drip test kit but not 100%. I'm seeing a difference in grow since i got the ph corrected. Slow and steady.

looking good :D. ill be sittn in on this, looking foward to your grow! :pop:

Will be watching this. I find the whole grow boring lol but exciting at the same time....im popping my head in too often and so i dont see much change however it amazes me how bud seems to come on so quick. Best of luck with your grow :) seems alot of people doing think differents round the same sorta time.

Thanks guys, Im in my room at least 2 times a day. The whole ph thing sucks, my shitty ph pen went on the fritz end of last week and I got a new one coming priority mail and is gonna be here tomorrow. Then I'll see where I'm at and hopefully get things going in good shape. Hard to say for sure but based on my first test with a drip ph test my res was 4.5 ph and pen was showing 5.9, or 8.5 or 9.0. It was all over the boards.

FINALLY!!

I got my new milwaukee ph55 ph meter, and new ec meter. Gotta give credit to Tavid for pointing me in the right direction. I wasn't too far off on the ph for a color test tube kit prior. Tweeked the ph of the res to 5.8, and nutes are .6ec
I have two other td's in DWC 5 gallon bucket, I am trying some experiments with them and I put one at 5.8 ph and .9 ec and other is 5.8 ph and 1.0 ec. Just to see how they react differently.
In the last few days I'm getting way more growth, nothing crazy yet but as compared to the first few days for sure. Its happening for sure.
New 1000w light shows up definately needed to finish my 5 other autos that are budding nice now.

That's good you're not putting all your eggs in one basket with those nutrient strengths.
Those plants are still VERY tiny to handle strong nutrients.
I would be scarred to go over .3 EC myself. If I had tapwater at .3 than I would feel comfortable running .6-.8ec.
You're definitely in the ballpark. I sent you a message.

You can tell exactly how much each plant wants by monitoring the EC and seeing it either rise, or drop.
In that way each plant will "Tell" you what it wants. Kind of hard when they're babies, but you should be able to start dialing in withing a week, or so as they start eating enough to make a dent in you EC readings one way or another.

Peace.
