you are doing Ok despite the weather Maff, and Im glad the Frisian Duck is showing her stealthy leaves consistently. And its good to see the autos are already blooming away, you should have some early summer smokes out of them
Cheers Tony have been smoking the autowhitewidow all week and its a sweet summer smoke i must say. Its nice to be more active in the summer and enjoy the sun - auto weed has less of a stone over for sure just wish we had some more sun !
Auto Mazar in flower now, blackberrykush in the background her buds are getting a little bigger. Fed with seaweed extract, biobizzbloom and topmax.
Blackberrykush smelling similar to Hollands Hope from what i can remember, pears come to mind.
Auto Euphoria ready to come down now, skunky and cirtus aromas and frosty too, not bad considering the battering she had, rain is here for a few days so end of next week and she'll be good to go. That means more water for the other girls, if some prolonged sunshine gets forecast ill pump the mazar full of bloom nutes and go for broke as she could be my best plant yet !
August is here but where is the sun ? 6 of the 8 days of august have been wet but no mould yet, auto euphoria is dry and knocking people down left right and center. Looking forward to growing the other seeds out next year, need to know if the mould resistance was a fluke or is this strain the outdoor holy grail as the product is very good indeed.
Auto blackberry kush seems to have stopped throwing out pistols but is foxtailing like crazy is that normal ?
im gonna chop her next week as she's small and around 80 days old so should be finishing now anyway.
There was low temps at the start of the week down to 5 ish at nigh and has brought out some sweet colours in the Mazar, will remove the yellow leafs next week when i feed her.
The fresian duck has started to throw out 3 tips to the fat leafs now and has a few calyxes down the stems ill press a few samples this week the split leaf veins are interesting too will get pictures next time.
The weather seem to suck big time up there, is this supposed to be summer?
Anyway I think despite that you have great results Maffro.
Best of luck for the rest of the season
Its whats commonly known as a Welsh summer !
yea definately the worst growing season since i started posting threads, got some pics of a stealthy blackberry kush ive been havin fun with. She snapped in 2 places when put out so i lst'd her and put her out in the public domain in town! Had to get her in to take some pics so gonna give her a few days indoors in the window before chopping this weekend.
Should get a weekends worth off her ! She wasnt fed either and smells sweet like pears.
I didnt get the chance while putting the other plants out to show how I prepare the pots for tiering. What you need to do is go to your local supermarket and get a load of buckets that the plants/flowers are displayed in they are 10 litres usually and get twice as many as you need. Split them in to two groups and one set cut the bottoms out at the bottom and the other set cut 2 inches from the bottom and use the off cuts as cups for the bottoms of the first set. follow that !
Nice plants. So did it rain and your plants did not develop mould? I ask because my five super skunk automatics are near to harvest and it's going to rain for a few days now [emoji29]
Yes its rained loads and yes they resisted the mould very well apart from the whitewidow auto which got hit pretty bad. The euphoria was mouldless and the blackberry kush which i chopped tonight was mouldless (both little plants though) apart from the tiniest of bits. Previous 4 years has been mouldy as hell for me but this is a new spot and its more exposed - not so much in the bush but on cliffs and looks like its better for mould its just the plants got battered when put out by winds.
Id keep a close eye on your plants especially in the bigger buds and on the old calyxes that develop on the stems, if they are guerilla your gonna have to put in some hours visit in the morning if you can, pinch out the mouldy bits fully and discard far away from your plants. If it gets too bad chop them.
This was the only bit of mould on both plants, think that dead insect had something to do with it !
Foxtailng on most buds, noticed this with the auto durban last year but more all over the buds so it looked like it had exploded, anyone else notice this with autos ?
