So its been a week or two since my last update and as you can see things are going fairly well.

I repotted yester day with my mix of pearlite, reused soil, epsom salts, eggs and coffee grinds mixed in for flavour, so now they reside in their probably permanant homes just in time for the TD to start with some pre-flowers hopefully.

As you can see the runt of the litter hasn't been re-potted as its gonna get chopped, I am just waiting for a day when I can dissect the rootball and see what went wrong if I can.

I would be interested in what people think went wrong with it, I am of the opinion that it was a poor seed that started badly.

Now on too the healthy ones.

First the Dark Delight

She's doing very well so far, theres a slight yellowing of the leaves and she will happily eat more neuts going to up the grow neuts too 3ml per liter rather than 2.5ml to try and curb that appetite, but she has good node spacing and a nice root system had developed when I repotted her.

Looking good for 3 weeks in.

Now the TD

SDC10713.jpgSDC10711.jpg

What can I say she's a joy to have in the cab, easy and undemanding, she will happily take more neuts so like the Dark Delight I will up the neuts a little bit, and as soon as flower starts then I will switch her over to and intesive flowering feed program.

Roots were a little more developed than the DD, but then thats expected as the TD is an Auto and the DD a photo type.

SDC10733.jpgSDC10732.jpg

Now as to the neuts I'm using, its 2.5ml of Plagron Grow, 1ml of enzymes and 1ml of vita race per liter. This is as per the plagron directions but as I have said before I could bump that ratio up a bit more as they are both thirsty girls.

Once I move over to bloom ferts I can drop the enzym and replace it with the bloom feed green sensation. One thing I have to say for plagron, these neuts are easy going on the novice, I reckon it would be hard to burn my plants without having done summat really wrong, certainly not as powerful as bio-bizz, but not a bad thing in my book tbh.

Also the girls have been enjoying the occasional bath of mighty neem and diamond shield, both of these products are foliar application and shouldnt be used after week 4 of flower, but do protect against fungi and bacteria (diamond shield) and pests (mighty neem).

The only other thing worth noting is the temps, my cab has been sitting just below 90 now for the last couple of weeks but to it being summer in england apparently, not the end of the world as it keeps my humidity low, which means narrow leaves but will probably still do very well.

And last but definely least here's some leftovers from the last grow that tried some male flowers on for size then went back to growing buds again so I will let her rip until the plant starts to really degrade then harvest whatevers there.

Sorry for the horrible formatting today, not at my best this week lol :)

The Good Ship Smoke-A-Lot

So, it's a little while since I posted, I would say I'm sorry but I'm not, so live with it.

The Girls have been yomping along since I last posted, the TD is now in full flower and as hungry as hell, although my last feed for her was at EC 1.6 as I have been feeding on every water and I am wary or over feeding. I may well start giving her a couple of just PH'd water every other 2 feeds. Atm I am feeding her bloom ferts and green sensation every feed then giving vita race and sugar royal once a week. Keeping the PH at roughly 6.2

Soo piccies

As you can see, the stretch has finished and her final shape is starting to show, buds are developing nicely. The knuckle turned into a fold due to overly rough handling a week or 2 ago but has healed nicely and has a slightly thicker stem above the fold.

Now to the Dark Delight, she's still in veg atm as Tony asked me to give her a long veg, trouble is, I am now afraid to flower her. She is a monster and I hope she wont over dominate the Cab.

dd pt32.jpg

Her stem is being trained as well so I can control height, and my is she keen, with roots sprouting up past the soil level.

But sex has shown and she will be going into flower in the next couple of days.

dd pt36.jpgdd pt35.jpgdd pt34.jpgdd pt33.jpg

So that's me, a wonderful grow so far with no compilactions, the neuts are easy to use, the seeds a plesure to grow. Now my good budding friends all I have to decide is what next, with the TD a few weeks away from finish and a mere 8 weeks for the DD, I am considering White Widow or perhaps another Auto. I am also taking reccomendations on a Grow tent as I am considering moving my whole op into a tent 2mx1mx1.5m, so figured I would try and get one for reveiw.

Have fun kids.

 Hell yeh looking great now the fun part fattening of the buds wooohoooo

Well Si I am hoping the green sensation does that job for me, which will be great as I can then reccomend it to my buddy who's currently using Ace of Buds, a neut I am fairly certain is just re-branded Superbud or Rox and from what I can tell is banned for use on anything for human consumption, a fact borne out by the ommission of a manufactures name, a list of ingrediant's or any other information about it, but has the charactristics of a Plant Growth Regulator of the worst kind.

Heh anyway rant over, and yeah I hope the TD fattens up nicely.

I'm sitting in for the rest of this :pop: subd

yeah looks nice there zero ! I am getting some amazing smoke reports in on Dark Delight so you should be set for some nice pot there

Quick-update Just had a 4-5 days of the Think different looking very limp, so the last 2 feeds have had just Ph'd water and a touch of bicarbonate soda in the second one as I overdid it a touch on the ph -. But touch wood she has bounced back with just the very tops wilting atm. The next feed will be with a 50% solution on the neuts, I always prefer a situation of too little rather than too much which is what I suspect was happening.

Keep up The Good work :)

I totally agree with you. Keep the girls a little bit hungry. Same in life, a spoiled lady is a lazy one :D

Keep up the good work......

Twin Peaks of Delight

DD pt4.8.jpgTD pt4.6.jpg

Ahh the smell of Autumn, and the smell of my Cab, it's good kids real good. What can I say I love this time of year, halloween, leaves on the ground and the smell of rich earthy buds.

So last time I checked in we had a bit 'O' wilt in the house, that's been cleared up and we are back on track. Like I said I dialled things back on the neuts for a few waterings and sat down and read some lables properly.

Now with me being a stoner and all I often mis-read thinigs and or miss important information, this I did with the Plagron neuts.
The process for mixing the bloom feeds for Plagron is as follows:

Stand 7L water for 24hrs

Add 1ml per L of green sensation

Add either Sugar Royal, Vita Race at 1ml per L (both should only be added once a week and not both at the same time).

Add Plagron Bloom at upto 5ml per L (I am finding I reach 1.6EC with 2ml per L after additives).

Add Plagron PH - about 1ml works for me at this point from a starting PH of 7.8 I will come down to 6.4 after everything goes in.Then feed those ladies.

Now the emphasis is on adding the Green Sensation first, then build up your EC from there which was the alien part for me, and why I got into trouble, I was putting in my full bloom feed first all 5ml per L then adding the rest and hadn't troubled myself to look at the EC only watching PH. This is a marked difference from feeding them the veg feeds which are much much weaker, don't get lulled into a false sense of security and these Plagron neuts will reward you tenfold.

Sooo the Girls how are they doing you ask.
